Siya Ke Ram Written Update - April 6, 2016

Ram is in the hut, remembering everything that happened.  He recalls Guru Vashisht's explanation of four pillars of Raghukul, Dasharath's vachans to Kekeyi and feels a turmoil within him remembering the bad dreams he had in childhood.  He starts crying.  Sita sees him and tries to console him.  Ram tells her he used to get a bad dream that Ayodhya and its people are in some trouble and when that had realized, he is far away from Ayodhya.  He tells her that now he can understand why they had felt strange sorrow and pain at the death of the deer like someone dearer to them had demised and he could feel peace only after he did all the last rituals for it.  Sita tells him she cannot ask him to not get sad or cry as his pain is immeasurable at that time but for the people outside the hut, Ram is an epitome of strength and if they see him break down like this, who will console them.  She reminds Ram's words to Dasharath that he will always be in his heart and thoughts.

Ram and Sita comes out.  Bharath apologizes to Ram and asks him to come back to Ayodhya and tells all others also feel the same.  Ram tells he is fulfilling his father's vachan and cannot go back from it.  Bharath tells he is also performing his duty as a brother and he will not return back to Ayodhya without Ram.  Ram tells he is moved by his love but asks him not to stop him from doing his dharm.  Bharath asks him is it worth following that dharm which hurts all his relatives, all the people of Ayodhya and what he feels Ram's dharm is he is the eldest son of raghukul and has to return back to Ayodhya and do his duties as a king.  Bharath sits down and begs Ram that he has always agreed with Ram and this time, Ram has to agree with him to give up vanvaas and return back to Ayodhya.  Ram tells him as he is not agreeing with Ram, a dharm sabha will decide what is right and wrong and he would agree with the decision of the dharm sabha.  Guru Vashisht says he agrees with Ram for the dharm sabha and the judge will be none other than Rajarishi Janak.  Ram and Sita are pleasantly surprised seeing Janak there.  Sita runs to Janak and hugs him.

Dharm sabha starts.  Guru Vashisht and King Janak are seated as judges and all others are present there.  Janak asks Bharath to present his side.  Bharath silently takes everyone's permission and says as per raghukul's tradition, eldest son has the right for the throne and Ram is their eldest brother and he has to come back to Ayodhya and rule his kingdom, he has to take care of his subjects, lessen the sorrow of their mothers.  Janak asks Ram to present his side.  Ram tells he totally agrees with Bharath.  All are surprised to listen this.  Ram then tells if he decides according to his wish, then what about the rules and regulations of the society, what about breaking Dasharath's vachan and Raghukul maryada and he cannot ruin the maryada of Raghukul and so he cannot return back.  Bharath tells he agrees about maryada but if that maryada is not causing any benefit to the people, if that maryada is separating a son from his father and mother and separating a king from his people, why should not it be changed for the betterment of all.  Ram asks Bharath why should they bend rules focusing on just one region, why cannot they consider the betterment of all regions and maybe all this has happened in his life for the betterment of the whole world and he has worn valkal to better serve the whole world.  Bharath says he can serve the world from Ayodhya also, then why should he be in the jungle.

Precap:  Bharath is holding Ram's sandals and he tells Ram that he will always be Ram's servant and will spend his life like a sanyasi wearing valkal and eating fruits for the next 14 years and will wait for Ram's return and if Ram gets delayed by even one day after completing 14 years, he will not see Bharath alive.
