I think she is.

Again, lack of connections and lineage means she will not be as in demand as say, a Katrina Kaif. The audience likes a Westernised Katrina, so I don't think they would have a problem with Lisa.

Lisa is smoking and can act (based on Queen), so she should be getting  more opportunities in BW, since that's what is needed, but maybe she is not that ambitious.

She doesn't really look for performance-oriented roles.

One of the most stunning women in BW, IMO. 

She is pretty good looking. Don't think anyone will argue that. But when it comes to acting she is okay. Nothing special. So no she isn't underrated.
