What makes Sanaya a versatile actress?

As always i am late to the party but in time to comment on this wonderful post. 😳

You have summed up Sanaya' s portrayal of Khushi with apt words and GIFs and I am just gonna add to it., cos when it comes to khushi, I am never short of words. 😛

Where do i begin from Sanaya as an actress with this role has touched hearts n touched lives ❤️ I remember the time when i used to wait for episodes, I recall clearly how a smile on Khushi's face made me smile and how her tears moved me and got me to cry with her. And ALL of this was possible because of one name ' Sanaya Irani' now Sehgal 😳. She is the first indian actor i have seen and Khushi was the first indian character i fell in love with, connected to, laughed with and cried with. And sanaya's acting was so palpable that when Khushi hated ASR, i hated him too and when Khushi loved him, I loved him too. THAT is the power and sheer brilliance of how Sanaya's Khushi struck a chord with me and with millions across the globe. 😃

Khushi's pain, her vulnerability, her falling in love, her affection, her plea and her fight and her struggles- ALL of it literally came alive on screen because of Sanaya's brilliant acting which is not only versatile but beyond the realms of perfection. 👏

I can go on n on but i will sum it up with something i have just written on her other thread. There are stages and zenith that our life touches that are meant to be for us and written in our destiny and Khushi as Sanaya or Sanaya as khushi were written and fated to be just her's. 😳. Sanaya in real is so effervescent and vivacious that she aptly justified Khushi , lived upto the character and made it come alive, winning accolades the world over for being one of the best characters that i have seen so far in my life...

Kudos to sanaya for making Khushi so memorable... ❤️

U know i have opened up n poured my heart out here and written what sanaya made me feel while i was watching her as Khushi. I have cried with her during the Diwali epis and the hate wedding track and i have laughed with her when she used to be the usual goofball 😛 Gosh she is adorable 😳 I just love khushi so much ..i have told u right ...i think she still reside in my heart somewhere and will always be there ..forever. 😃 Sanaya is an actor par excellence and there are no two ways about it 😛

wow Shivi, thanks for sharing the beautifu drawing of Paro. For me her versatality was proven with Khushi itself, she played out a full range of emotions in that one role itself. But Gunan & Paro proved beyond doubt she can totally become a character totally opposite to her real life personality.

Nevertheless, now days when I happen to see other serials, I don't think anyone has the potential that Sanaya has...I have no intention to offend others, it's a personal feeling I am sharing here...


She not only lives the character she makes us live through the emotions too... She has an incredible aptitude for acting... Her body language in every scene she conveys is the major reason why I like her acting. She does it to perfection and her eyes.. They talk volumes😳

yes, Sanaya has totally spoilt me. Whenever I see any other actress, I end up comparing her to Sanaya and imagining how Sanaya would do that scene or role. She has had too much impact on me

There's absolutely no one that I know of that could've played Khushi so convincingly as Sanaya. She's so beautiful and the way she looked on Diwali and how Arnav was mesmerized by her was epic!

What I really like about Sanaya are her eyes! Not only is it gorgeous, but also very expressive! (Unlike Aishwarya Rai's!!) She conveys a million emotions through them. And what blows my mind away is that Barun has the same kind of eyes too...big for a guy, beautiful caramel color and very expressive. So when they played off each other through just their eyes (for example jadoo hai nasha hai and after the terrace scene when Khushi can sense something is wrong and Arnav keeps looking at her angrily!). Beautiful, beautiful! 👏

Will we ever get to see her in such an epic character again? I surely hope so man! 😳
