He really cares for his stuntmen and painstakingly plans each action scene so its safely completed.
His dad was also a stuntman/ Villain/ fight master in the 70s so he grew up with this background, he knows what stuntmen go through and how risky their work is.

He has always been pretty genuine regarding this stuff. Even during Khatron ke khiladi, while assigning these car stunts, he used to make a point to mention his team and acknowledge their efforts. A guy who respects his dad's and team's profession very much.
I am one of those who scoffs at 'idiotic movies that throw cars around' and 'Rohit Shetty type movies'. I feel like an idiot now after watching this. I never realized the effort, the care for the people, the risk that goes into creating something like this. I take back every stupid thing I said. I was wrong. I respect the effort that goes into something like this to see no one is hurt and people putting their lives on line to entertain us on screen. Most of all I applaud the heart of Rohit Shetty for being the kind of person he comes across as.
