First job interview is one of the memorable events of a person's life.

This interview shows the mirror to a person and makes him realize where he stands.

I am glad that Parth become the first member of Dream Team to get a descent placement because he is one character who always stays grounded and never lets success go to his head. He is not that type of person who gets jealous by others' achievements. He generously shared the details of his dream company with his team members and encouraged them to apply for it knowing very well that he will receive tough competition from them.

Also I am happy that joining his mother's company was not Randhir's first decision. He wanted to join some other company and prove his mettle there. He also managed to impress the interviewers.But realizing that their is only one vacancy available,

and he has one more option available that will make his parents happy, he decided to leave the opportunity.

As far as Sanyukta is concerned, I would have called it her bad luck, had Renuka not interfered with her selection process. Sometimes luck also plays an important role in getting a job. Asking the candidate to appear for a second round interview is quite normal. Sanyukta didn't appear for other companies interview because she thought that, if she goes for the interview and in the mean time, the first company called her for the second round, she might miss the opportunity. So she took a chance but unfortunately it was not her day.

Vidushi used her tricks and managed to appear for all the interviews but at the end gained nothing because only trickery and manipulation may work sometimes but for long run one have to capable enough.

Finally after spending so many years in FITE, Yoyo realized his responsibilities and trying his level best for securing a job. Initially he might get rejected but one day his sincerity will pay him.

I wanted to see Sahil in this track. Sahil getting a descent job would have set a good example of how a guy who failed in the first year and tried to commit suicide, managed to overcome his shortcomings through his hard work and dedication and has now tasted success in his life.
