yeah .. i have download some pics from online-instagram.com n when i open it i get this pop up

That means any instagram pics you downloaded don't work. Open Paint programm (Every pc does have this program) open your picture there and save it as JPEG. Click to ok and then open that new saved picture again in Photoshop. It will definitely work. :)

1. Are you sure the falling-flowers avi is transparent? Because unless it is, the trick will not work out.
2. I'm not sure as I use a different version, but the main thing is that you select all the frames, and increase their run time (You can change that by clicking on the box showing "x sec." below each frame thumbnail in the timeline; you preferably click on the box below the first frame thumbnail) .
