Doctor comes and Ram asks if Nuts is fine. Doctor tells she has little weakness there was possibility of complications but fortunately nothing has happened and Ram asks if he can take her home as he will personally take care 😃 and doctor agrees and Ram leaves with shacks to complete the formalities. Priya tells Nuts that she believed that she wouldn't lie to Ram and asks why did she lie and nuts tells that she had no other option 😕.
Priya tells lies break relationships and asks her not to do it. She tells that she understands that there must be a reason for nuts aborting her baby but its over and its better she tells the truth and no one would tell anything and even if they tell she will support her 😒 . Priya adds that may be Karthik and her parents might be angry for sometime but since they love her everyone will forget and forgive her mistake. Nuts tells that she doesn't have the strength to face their anger and asks Priya to help her hide the secret 🤔.
Priya asks Nuts to tell the truth at least to Ram and if she can't so she will try to tell him but Nuts asks her not to do anything like that and asks her to think her as her sister and asks Priya to promise on Ram that she will not reveal the secret. She tells that since Priya loves Ram so for that love she should be quiet. She adds that Ram will not be able to handle this if he knows the truth and asks if Priya can see Ram in pain and even she can't see him and tells that she really needs Priya help .
Ram comes there after completing all formalities. Priya thinks that Nuts is right that she can\t tell Ram about the truth as he is going through a tough phase of his life and he can't bear another bad news and its necessary to hide this truth for Ram 😔. Back at SH everyone worried for Nuts. Karthik is trying to reach her, so sudhir asks ayesha about where Nuts is but she tells she doesn't know and thinks where has nutz gone 🤔 and what going on in her mind and thinks that there is something wrong and the door bell rings.
Shipra runs to see who it is and surprised to see RaYa with Nutz 😲. Everyone asks nuts if she is fine as they were worried but nuts is silent so Ram takes her to room and asks her to take rest and forget what happened as he will handle everything 😊. Nutz tells that she is guilty and doesn't know how her family will react when they get to know. Ram asks her not to worry and he is there to take care and will talk about it to the family and asks her to promise that she won't worry 😛.
Everyone ask Priya what happened, Ram comes out and tells that he has a bad news for everyone and tells the baby is no more as Nutz had a miscarriage and everyone is shocked 😲. Ram defends Nuts and tells it was an accident and consoles karthik and asks him not to question her as it will take time for her to come out of this trauma and asks him to take care of her . Karthik goes to his room and asks Nutz if it was baby boy or girl and nutz tells what difference its going to make. Nutz asks sorry for not being able to save their child and karthik hugs her. Nutz thanks her bro for saving her 😛.
Niharika gets a call about Nut miscarriage and mama asks what happened and she tells them about the miscarriage . she tells that they can't change what has happened but they can think of some benefit for them with what has happened and mama appreciates that kapoor sahab like this quality of hers 😉 and sid asks who kapoor and mama tells ur dad. Mama asks what niharika is thinking about. She tells miscarriage is a big thing in middle class family and this will affect karthik and nuts relationship and they can take advantage of that. She tells that they will use the tension between them and increase the problem between RaYa 😡 and she feels that its an alarm bell for them as RaYa are getting closed and have to stop and mama tells correct.
Ram in his bed sleeping with a toy in his hand, Priya comes there and thinks why did nuts do this to her baby and her bro and family . She feels kaash nuts was there to look at her brother in such a situation. Suddenly the toy alarms and Ram wakes up and asks what happened so Priya tells may be he has a bad dream. Ram tells his dream has become true and tells that there was a baby in his dream and when he was about to pick the baby someone came and took it away from him 😒. Priya tells its just a dream and nothing will happen so Ram tells that dream was not over as its turned into reality. Priya tells that her dad used to say that there is age for every pain and this pain will also get over and we have to move on and Ram tells everything is not that easy 😕.
At SH everyone taking care of Nuts and door bell rings and some people come in and shipra asks them to wait and picks up the cradle thinks about all the happy moments after pregnancy news 😕 and hands it over them telling that they will be happy to see their baby in the cradle. Nuts also getting flashbacks of celebration family had thinks and saw everyone is upset 😔. Ayesha looks at nuts and thinks that as of compulsion she has to bear Nuts drama and she wouldn't have been silent if her career wasn't on line.
Ram working on his laptop, Priya asks him to eat as he hasn't eaten anything from morning . Ram tells he is not hungry and having headache Priya tells he is having headache as he didn't eat and will be fine if he eats 😊. Ram denies again and picks up his tablet, Priya looks on and Ram thinks about his promise to her looks at Priya and then keeps the tablets aside and goes to sleep. Priya thinks and thanks Mr.kapoor for keeping up his promise and she thinks if he is ready to change himself then all her hurdles and problems are looking easy for her and says thanks again 😃.
