The radio station was fully complimented the atmosphere of the inner and outer of that two traveler lost souls.
What they were thinking yet kept swiping away , that song depicted. They were embarrassed. They were yet happy. And all these mixed emotions they were having for no reason.
After a while
Manik was driving the car when Nandini was enjoying the street lights . Though they were in car but looking the weather Nandini thought of rain.
" Sayed barish hogi " she suddenly murmured to herself. But Manik heard it.
" Nandu.. I mean Nandini.. ummm... are you still mad at me ? " Manik finally asked what he was trying to ask from last few weeks.
It was so sudden encounter that both of them felt uneasy.
Nandini had a vibe about it. So she sighed and reasked " Am I supposed to ? "
Manik was confused. He was searching for words when Nandini said again " No I am not. I am not mad at you. As I know you were not at fault. You did what was that pathetic hour's need. And you did all this for me. I was upset because of my fate only not you. "
Manik felt like a heavy rock just rolled down from his chest. He started feeling so halka. So relaxed. It was like he inhaled breath after three months long suffocation.
" thank you. Thanks a lot Nandu. You have no idea how I was dealing my life with that guilt. " Manik then stopped the car and turned towards her and said
" I know I did a very impulsive blunder but trust me I will make it up . I will be with you forever. and I promise you I won't do anything again which will hurt you. "
He lovingly confessed and she smiled as a happy reflection.
" Nandu. ." Manik then took his one hand on his and requested " let's start a fresh "
Nandini herself wanted that. So she lovingly nodded keeping her another hand palm on their entangled hands.
Manik was too happy with that and pulled her in a bone crushing hug. And she happily gave in.
Then they drove to the venue after sharing their long halted talk finally being happy.

Party Venue
Soon they reached and the media literally jumped on the car to get bites for their respective channels.
" Nandu !!! You Okay na? Look just avoid the crowd. I am with you. Relax. " Manik explained lovingly as Nandini really felt uncomfortable with the flashlights after her parent's death. That's why she afraid of media and their flashlights.
She shook her head with a forced smile and Manik patted her arm softly.
" Main hu naa.. " he said sheepishly and she smiled broadly with his dramatic approaches.
" let's go. " he said and stepped out of the car with his well known attitude followed by Nandini.
As soon as they walked towards the entrance the media started bombarding with their questions and asking for bites.
Nandini sighed deeply to get over all these with her uneasy moves but soon her all fear flew away feeling a warm touch on her small back which was literally bare due to her backless blouse. She shivered a little with that touch. But composed herself and matched her feet with him leaving all the irritating heads who that time had nothing to do but ogle that proud couple who were complimenting each other.
" hey buddy " Dhruv hugged him as soon as they entered into the party .
The Fab 4 were already there and having their drinks.
" Nandini !!!! " they all got surprised seeing her there. It was really about one month they met her as she herself stopped meeting them just to avoid awkwardness. And her friends gave her that time respecting her emotions.
" hii guys " she greeted them with a smile.
" ohhh Nandi... I just missed you so much yaar . How are you? " Cabir hugged her.
" am fine Cabir " she replied hugging him back.
" Nandss !! You are looking so gorgeous in this sharee. " Mukti hugged her and other too praised her wholeheartedly but except Aliya. She was just fuming seeing Nandini.
" Fab 5 !!! So here you are guys. " the platinum music manager greeted them and started introducing them with other board members of Platinum level.
" whose this pretty lady ? " the MD of platinum music asked sheepishly pointing Nandini who was then standing little behind Manik.
Fab 5 stared each other for an suitable answer.
" hey beautiful lady. May I know your name ? " the MD asked Nandini. and started checking her out shamelessly which really irritate the fab5 especially Manik.
But before Nandini could reply a voice stunned them all.
" Mr. Dhingra !!! She is Nandini. Nandiniii... " Manik pulled her beside him and wrapped his hand around her tiny waist . Then he looked at Nandini intensely and continued " Nandini Manik Malhotra. My wife . "
And that's it. The whole world stopped there. Time stopped growing . Earth stopped rotating for them. They gazed at each other so lovingly for the first time . Their eye lock was something very promising whilst tempting.
She didn't expect that kind of reply from him . But with his first official claim she really felt so enhancing. So contented. So special. So worthy. She didn't know why but she felt completed.
" WIFE ?? "
The other present heads except Fab 4 got confused as there was no news of his marriage.
" yaahh you heard right. She is my legally wedded wife " Manik said sternly to make their confusion clear.
" ohhh nice to meet you Mrs Malhotra. " that MD hesitantly shook his hand with her followed by other.
" Nandini look sorry for that. " Manik said her as soon as that people left.
" It's okay Manik. I didn't mind. " Nandini replied.
" aree ishme mind karne ka kya hai? You guys are actually married. " Cabir stated happily. And Mukti and dhrub smiled and nodded.
Both Manik and Nandini blushed with that statement instead of getting awkward.
after some time
" ladies and gentlemen we are really happy to announce our 25th album with none other than the Fab 5. Please give them a round applause " the Coordinator announced and the crowd started clapping.
The fab 5 came to the stage and then officially signed the contract paper in front of media.
Media then started their questioning round and Fab 5 as giving their answers with their signature attitude.
Nandini was watching that from standing bit far and feeling proud of her friends.
" Manik sir.. as we all know I mean it's a myth that there behind a every successful man there is a woman. So do you have any? I mean you always ignore this question. But today world want to know as what's the reason of success of this youth icon. "
A reporter asked Manik. Manik firstly thought to avoid that as he didn't like discussing his personal life in public as it was a Malhotra tradition. But suddenly his eyes fell on the delicate petite frame draping in a black sharee carrying an outstanding aroma.
He just stared at her without blinking his lashes and unknowingly replied " yes I have "

Nandini smiled on his reply wholeheartedly. And the next thing really stunned her.
" Nandini !!!! " Manik all of a sudden called out her name. And all turned their gazes towards her in a shock.
She gulped her saliva down when She found his exquisite gaze sticked on her.
" Nandini please " his eyes requested her. And slowly she found herself walking to him with unknown feelings.
She just couldn't let his intense eyes go of her . As like they were glued on each other.
Nandini reached to the stage and Manik helped her to stand beside her. She was still in that magic spell. She hardly could understand what was going around her. Her life was just stopped at his intense gaze.
" guys meet my shining star. My lucky charm Nandini. " he proudly announced to the world.
" but sir who is she? Your friend. " a reporter asked him.
He then took a pause for few seconds and then turning his head sideways looking straight into her eyes replied " yes. She is my friend. "
Nandini's eye brows scrunched confusingly. ' friend !!! ' she thought and her heart just sank deep down.
" yes she is my friend. My best friend. My lucky charm. My WIFE. Nandini Manik Malhotra. " he finally officially announced to the world about Nandini.
And all started clapping for them.
It was not a casual moment for both of them. Both of them were in the verge of emotions. They were feeling some ecstasy towards them but yet confused.
after an hour
The party started with a great swing. All were enjoying fully. The Co ordinators asked fab 5 to rock the dance floor.
Manik was dancing with fab 5 but giving special attention to Nandini.
After some time the theme of the party changed into romantic one. And all the couples were asking to dance.
" Baby come let's dance " Aliya asked Manik. But he looked here and there not wanting to dance with her. But he couldn't reject also as he was too much concerned about his friends.
" Areee Aliya. Babes . No na. It's couple dance. Manik ask your wife for a dance. " Mukti poked Manik while Nandini was busy talking with Cabir. Manik thanked Mukti mentally for saving him. But on the other hand he felt unbelievably shy to ask his own wife for a dance.
" chor Mukti nehi na " Manik softly protested. Actually more precisely he poked himself only just to hide his shyness.
" kya Mukti chor na ?? " Mukti retorted and then said " dekh Manik. Jo hua so hua. Now you guys should move on. And tum do no kaise vul sakte Ho that you guys are best friends. Uske khatir toh.. go and ask for a dance. "
Mukti Stroke the perfect string of Manik's heart which was actually on a waiting state to be played on. Manik sighed and walked towards her.
" May I have a dance with you pretty woman? " Manik romantically offered his hand to Nandini. She was firslty taken aback then came to her senses hearing Cabir's shameless giggle.
" yaar Manik... tera tabiyat toh thik hai? Kya idiot jaisa romantic look de raha hai? " Cabir teased. And both of the newbie in love blushed.
" shut up Cabir " he glared at him ignoring his giggles.
" so shall we? " Manik asked his lady again and Nandini stared at him. His intense calling alluring gaze started havoc inside her and her heart unknowingly skipped it's few good beats and without any knock she placed her hand on his.

On the dance floor
Manik and Nandini danced literally very close and into each other.
Manik placed his left hand around her small back and forwarded his right hand for her. she smilingly placed her palm on his and placed her another hand on his shoulder.

Being hell shocked and embarrassed they left each other then and there and joined their friends with an awkward look..
And that naughty pie The Almighty was then busy whistling and ball dancing with his magic stick .
