From favourite bahu to favourite witch:Pratyusha journey on screen!!!!

Talented bong beauty, Pratyusha Banerjee, who never fails to impress us, is back on the small screen with her latest avatar as the daayan on Colors' Sasural Simar Ka (Rashmi Sharma Telefilms).

And Pratyusha is leaving no stones unturned to make us love to hate her with her Mohini act.

Recently in a conversation with Tellychakkar.com, the girl got all chatty about her witch act. "My transition from television's favourite bahu to favourite witch on screen has been one amazing journey. I myself never thought that I will be able to pull off this act in a proper way. Even my closed ones are asking me how I can be so mean (laughs). Even I sometimes wonder how can someone be so negative".

Though being hated by the fans, the beauty seems to enjoy her role to the core. Sharing one experience, Pratyusha candidly stated, "I can recall one incident where the fans voted me to be the best villain from my daily on social media sites. Though I won't say that it was much in my favour, however, I felt very touched".

What if you have go through a makeover and turn into conventional witch, "I have already worn black saree and don the look. Thankfully, I don't have to do much. But, yes I do enjoy the costume and the typical traditional look."

Finally we quizzed her for opting a supernatural role and Pratyusha quickly replied, "The most important reason to sign this show was the chance of being able to work with Colors again. It feels like coming back to the pavilion. And secondly, Rashmi Sharma is an ace show-maker, and the role was absolutely different from whatever I have done so far. Personally it was a challenge for me as an actor".
