Sanjana takes Ajay to the hospital. Pethewala family too reaches the hospital. Ayush asks where is Ajay? Sanjana says that he's in the operation theatre. Ayush says that nothing bad will happen. Elaichi too says the same. Amar calls Vinati and says that Ajay got admitted in the hospital. Vinati says that she has not entered the competition so they all are coming. Dadi sends both Vinati and Shreya and says that she'll be there with Samar and will come after the competition and says that nothing bad will happen.
Ajay is unconscious and the doctor changes him to the ICU. Ayush asks if everything is ok. Doctor says that they can't say anything as he is in critical condition till now and asks them to pray. Sanjana's dad comes there and was unhappy that Ajay got admitted in hospital. Sanjana goes and hugs her dad. He consoles her. Doctor comes and says that only 2 members can be in the ICU side. Sanjana's dad says that he'll be with his son-in-law. Ayush says that he'll also be with him. Sanjana says that she'll also be in the ICU side but everybody asks her to eat something and come. Everybody leaves the place.
Sanjana's dad tries to send Ayush out by asking him to get water bottle. He goes to buy water bottle. Sanjana's father goes the ICU and tries to stop the oxygen. At that time police reaches the ICU room and asks what he was doing in the ICU? He says that he wanted to see if everything is ok. Sanjana says to everyone that she called the police because somebody attacked him intentionally. Ayush comes and says that Ajay has regained his conscious. Everybody goes to the room. Doctor checks him and says that everything is ok.
Bhushan asks Ajay that he won't stop doing these things? He says that right from childhood he's always doing something and making others worry. Shreya says that he has got eloped and got married. Police starts the investigation and asks him if he remembers something and asks what actually happened? Ajay explained the whole matter. Ajay thinks of Sanjana's father. Sanjana's father says that it's all his mistake and he won't forgive himself. Sanjana says that he did all this for their well being and says that she's happy that he accepted them. He hugs Sanjana and Ajay keep watching. The doctor says that Ajay has to take rest to ask all of them to get out of the room.
Sanjana says that she's there and if he regains anybody face she asks him to call her. Everybody was going out Ajay calls them and says that he remembers everything. Sanjana asks him to tell. Ajay sees Sanjana's father and says that they came to steal Sanjana's jewel. Sanjana says that the rowdies were targeting Ajay only. She asks if he remembers anything about that. Ajay says that he remembers this only and he can't say anything more as he is feeling stressful. Trilok asks him to take rest and everybody goes out.
Ajay was discharged from the hospital. Sanjana takes him to the room and makes him sit. Sanjana goes to take the medicines for him. Mishri and Avni were seeing all this through the window. Ajay asks if they are standing here from the morning. Sanjana says yes. Ajay says thanks to Sanjana for admitting him to the hospital. He says that he remembers how she get him out from the jungle and tried to stop the taxi. Sanjana asks him if he remembers all this then why can't he say something about the rowdy? Ajay says that they can to steal her jewel. Sanjana asks him to say this again by seeing in her eyes. He hesitates but says it. Sanjana says that she got so afraid and says that what if something happened to him... She hugs her. Ajay was shocked Both Mishri and Avni sees this and goes out. Ajay says that nobody is there. Sanjana says yes nobody is there. Sanjana says that she's going to call the police. Ajay asks why? Sanjana says that if they got something against the rowdy? Ajay asks why can't she leave the matter? Sanjana says that she can't. Ajay was worried.
Precap: Shreya comes to Sanjana's room and takes her dairy. Sanjana and Ajay reaches the room and that time so she hides herself behind a sofa. Everybody were watching Sanjana and Ajay from the door. Bhushan comes there and says that Shreya is missing. He calls her. Phone rings in Sanjana's room.
