Akka called her more than once daily, Amma Appa did too almost like feeling her for hurt or pain
When she was at work she didnt care, she didnt think about this much.
Her meeting with Ritu went well she apologized in person about locking away those daily reports and was told "not to worry about it"
She relaxed a bit
Sam texted her saying she was making chaat tonite and if she wanted to come over so they could hang,
she called Ranjan to ask if he would go with her his phone was switched off
She went up to the 20th to check if he was even in, she had met him at breakfast but didnt know what his day looked like as he was still in his kurta pajama
She wandered the exec hallways, found his room door shut, and Emad chatting with an employee in a corner
Mrs Sagar smiled big and wide upon seeing her, she walked carefully to her husband's office area... the light was shut and the room locked
"Will I see u anymore?" Mrs Sagar asked
"Uhh... I will try to stop by and say Hi!" II nodded shyly
"U must, I can cook up some Excelsior question and call him on skype and u can see him" Mrs Sagar offered
II blushed... "That would be cheating" she said
"I know" Mrs Sagar actually smiled again
Chachu came by "Madam... us room ke window khulte nahi?" he ordered
"I can have someone come in and check for u Sir" Mrs sagar responded politely
"Jee abhi, ho sakey to" Chachu completely ignored her at first
"Only two exec offices have balconies, the rest have faux doors" Mrs Sagar explained
"My son loves nature, usko balcony to chahiye" Chachu was being a brat

Mrs Sagar nodded unconvinced, according to her HER boss was the "child of the wild" nobody else was entitled to that honor
"I will go now" II whispered
Chachu turned reluctantly and smiled "Arey aap ho yaha?" he asked smiling with contrived joy
"Hi! Chachu... I came looking for Dad" Ii said
"U cant be here looking for R&B" chachu cracked himself up
II was devastated at that sick joke
"Mrs Sagar, jara chhethi pejin, kaam waale nu" Chachu ordered

"I dont think its safe to open a window when there is no balcony off of it" Mrs Sagar explained "Plus the office is centrally air conditioned,
only Mr Ranjan and Mr R&B's have their own AC units so they can shut it and open the balcony if they want... u will be stressing the AC system if u force open his"
"I will speak with bhaisaab and get him his own AC unit, bus aap apna kaam kareen" Chachu said a lil sternly
"I am going to look for Dad" II said starting to walk away
Mrs Sagar was not happy... but her expression did not matter to Chachu one bit
"He hasnt come in yet" Mrs Sagar's expression went from cold to warm and affectionate when she responded to II
"I am sorry for bothering u Thanks Mrs Sagar" II nodded sincerely
"U dont bother me. I love seeing u" Mrs Sagar said pointedly
"Aur Mrs Sagar ek kaam aur kareen, tell me uske admin ka hiring ka kee hoya?" Chachu insisted
He gave II a "Go on... I have biz to take care of" look
II turned to leave and found Ritu walking down the hallway talking with Ranjan's IS head
The man didnt know squat, in his early 60s? but very shrewd and knew more about IT than a 20 year old
II gave them longing looks for a second...

"We can go down together" Ritu smiled
"I am going to perk to get coffee" Ii said smiling cheerfully
Ritu and her went down talking about work... and the weather... II didnt tell her why she went up
Worried abt Ranjan though
She texted him as they waited for coffee
"Did u go up looking for me?" Ritu asked
"Umm no... I had to have a word with Mrs Sagar" II lied
"Who is that?" Ritu asked
"My... umm.. she is an Exec Assistant.." II explained
"I thought Emad was Mr Bhalla's assistant"
"Ya, but she is too" Ii said carefully
"Were u married to the son when installation began?" Ritu probed
"I married him 5 months after" II said harmlessly
Ritu scanned II's face, as II stared, unawares at the show case trying to pick a snack
