The episode starts with Vinati troubling Ajay about his girlfriend Sanajana he tells her it is not like that and she shows him the picture of him shopping with Sanjana, he still insists that she is not his girlfriend.
Bhushan surprises Shreya with flowers and a dress she say she will get ready as she went to get ready Mishri calls Bhushan informing him about Avni engagement, he is stun and asks why no one called him, and he then says he will be there for his sister marriage. Shreya hears about this and telling him how can he leave is wife and head back home. that how she wish they were present for the engagement but they are away.
Everyone is preparing for the engagement while Elachi say how she know the boy will like their Avni while Mishri comes and tell them how she called Bhushan and tell him about the engagement.
Everyone is shocked Amar said he told her not too so why did she while Elachi ask why she did that. Mishri says she had too and that Avni was looking unhappy, but Avni ensures the whole family that she is happy with this engagement. Mishri then tell them how Bhushan says he will be here. Everyone is upset and Elachi ask her why did she not think about Shreya and she would feel about the entire matter, Mishri tells her how we all have to compromise in this family and how Shreya should do the same but they tell her how only a few days now and soon she will learn but as for now let her be so. So they decide to call Bhushan and tell him not to desert his honeymoon and come back, Bhushan still feels he should be there for her but she tells him to enjoy , they also tell Shreya to take plenty of photos in which she yells them that they will be here for the wedding, Bhushan then tell Avni he is there with her through all the way
Shreya and Bhushan are together but he really is not with her so she feels bad because she can see how much he wanted to be there for Avni . The boy and his family arrives all are with them when the family say Avni and he should talk privately.
Bhushan is at the bar when Shreya approaches his telling him let's go to lunch he get up and then knock his foot on a stool and fall in pain, Shreya is worried so she went for some ice he apologises to her while she is away saying g how he have to go for the engagement
