High court itni speed mein kabhi kaam nahin karta ... I hope they are this speedy when actually dealing with his conviction appeal as they are with bail appeal ...  *wishful thinkin* ...

They were tried for less charges of rash driving and homicide. If Sallu hadnt delayed the case he too would have been tried under the same charges and got max 2 years. 

Hehehe! Poetic justice! Also now that sallu's driver has been slapped with perjury charges, let hope that his inner "phattu" comes out yet again and in his defence he spills the beans as to WHY after all these years he suddenly "remembered" it was him who was in the driver seat.

Sallu bhai may well in that case find himself slapped with charges of intimidation, bribary, blackmail, peverting the course of justice...all of which of course he has gotten away with when it come to Patil but hey, we can hope these "lovely"  and "human" traits of his be recognised and be given then recognition they deserve!
