Part 1
Simran asks Kritika what madness is this and if all this will bring Rajbeer back. Simran tells Kritika that whatever is being said about Rajbeer makes me feel, what happened to Rajbeer was right. Kritika asks Simran how can she trust these people esp Sid who wanted to get rid of Rajbeer. She slaps Sid. Kritika says Sid is a devil, Roshni and her family killed my hubby. I saw my hubby die in front of my eyes, i can never calm down. Kritika says i wont forgive anyone ever. Kritika says we all have choice then DD too had choice, she could have gone to cops or wait for them but she chose to shoot Rajbeer, she killed my hubby. Simran tells Kritika she understands. Simran says Rajbeer wanted to kill you and Roshni too. Kritika says Roshni told you all this right. Well you wanna know the truth, let me tell you. Rajbeer was gonna leave home the same day when these people insulted Rajbeer. I stopped him. I asked for money. Rajbeer had nothing to do with all this. Kritika says we wanted to leave this life of suffocation forever but ..Sid sought Rajbeer out and killed him. Sid tries to speak but Kritika says quiet Sid Khurana, you wont speak one word. You snatched Rajbeer from me, i will snatch Roshni from you, will snatch your beloved DD, your happiness. Kritika tells all to decide who they will support .. her or Sid. All are shocked.
Cops tell Roshni that its important for them that witness support DD. Rajbeer was a criminal but all this is circumstantial. Someone can say that DD could have chosen not to kill Rajbeer but she killed him. Its important all support DD in court or she can be in jail for 10 years. Sid is shocked. Roshni breaks down saying, cant live without you and DD says dont cry. She signals to Sid. Sid says nothing like this will happen and we wont let that happen, all will speak in favour of DD, i swear. Roshni hugs Sid and cries.
Kritika is hugging Simran who is reassuring her. She says no matter what i will support you always.
Next day morning, DD is presented in court. DDs lawyer calls Roshni to the witness box. Lawyer asks Roshni to explain what happened that day. Roshni says Rajbeer kidnapped her and his goons were cornering her and how he said that when Kritika brings money, he will kill her. Right then Sid-DD came and Rajbeer got scared. Rajbeer threatened them that if they din leave, he would kill me so DD fired the bullet to save me. Lawyer says this case is open and shut, DD fired the gun in self defense. The man who died his record is terrible in police records. Kritikas lawyer arrives and says its not such a simple case. Sid is shocked and asks Raj how come all this. Kritikas lawyer asks Roshni if she hated Rajbeer coz he left her sister and married Kritika. DD's lawyer says objection. Judge overrules. Roshni says i wanted to save Kritika. The lawyer asks then why not warn her from before, you went after Rajbeer. Did Rajbeer kidnap you from home. Roshni says i went after Rajbeer. Lawyer asks DD if she thought she will kill Rajbeer behind the back. Roshni says wanted to punish Rajbeer coz he ruined my life and marriage. Sid points to Roshni to calm down. Kritikas lawyer says you could have lodged a complaint, did you. Lawyer says you only wanted to kill him. Kritikas lawyer says he wasnt as bad a person as you are trying to portray. Rajbeer was a good man. Kritikas lawyer asks why did you all kill him. Tell me. Sid is exasperated. Kritikas lawyer says you wanted to kill him so cornered him in a Qilla. Roshni says all this is a lie. My mom din do anything like this.
Passersby taunt Sam about the Baweja matter. She is shopping for veggies and gets surrounded by Road romeos. Sam dials a number and cops arrive. The road romeos run away from there. Kritikas lawyer asks Simran if she believes that Rajbeer was a bad man and he wanted to kill Kritika or hurt her family.
Part 2
Kritikas lawyer says you also believe Simran that these people made up a story and termed Rajbeers murder - self defense. Simran says dunno what is right or wrong but do know DD-Roshni and others din like Rajbeer one bit. If he was a criminal, cops could have punished him but why did they kill him. Kritikas lawyer says exactly. Sid is worried. Kritikas lawyer says these people killed Rajbeer. Roshni says all this is a lie. Judge asks Roshni to keep calm. Sid asks Roshni to relax. Kritikas lawyer asks DD why din you wait for cops, why not keep him busy. Cops reached the spot within 2 mins of the bullet being fired. A man could have been saved. This is a murder. DDs lawyer says words are being twisted. Proof tells something else. Kritikas lawyer says what do you want me to say that i call you home and you come and say i kidnapped you. Roshni did this only. DDs lawyer says Kritikas lawyer is twisting all facts. Judge adjourns hearing till post lunch.
Part 3
Yash is at the door of DDs house and tries ringing the doorbell. No one responds. Mona too knocks on the door. Yash rings the doorbell again. Both knock the door open and find Sam trying to hang herself. They stop her and Sam says i am tired of this world. People think i can sleep with anyone. Dont wanna live. She tries to slit her hand but Yash stops her and slaps her to calm her. He hugs her.
Sid asks lawyer chance of winning and he says too less. The opposing lawyer is a big lawyer, hasnt lost a case. Sid says so what if he is a good lawyer, we cant accept defeat. Everything happens first time. We can win. DD says i did fire the bullet, Rajbeer did die. Never broke the law before today and if law thinks i am guilty, i wont appeal. Sid says case is left. DD is led away and Sid stares at Simran-Kritika and hugs Roshni. Kritika says what a son, supporting the woman who he is going to divorce and whose mom killed my hubby. Look at him. You always support him, now see. Simran is upset too.
Precap -- DD says dont wanna waste anymore time. Truth is i did fire the bullet and Rajbeer was killed. Other truth is if i din fire the bullet, he would have killed my daughter. Now you have to decide.
