Sonam Kapoor is down with swine flu and recovering slowly and steadily. With the whole film industry and her fans waiting with bated breath for her well being, we got her dad Anil Kapoor talking about her daughter's recovery. The doting father was visibly worried about Sonam's health but at the same time decided to respect his prior commitments by attending a press event. When asked by the media as to why he thinks Sonam fell ill, he opened up a bit about her illness and also spoke about what must have caused it.
Anil said, "My daughter, Sonam, has not been keeping well since the past few days. She has taken ill and was immediately rushed to the hospital. I was there by her side throughout and doctors have assured that she is recovering fast. With proper care and medication, she will be better soon." Moving ahead and talking about the reasons he said, "The environment we stay in is very bad. The pollution level in the cities has increased a lot." Can't argue!
