Rahul Bhat playing Bilawal Bhutto in Fitoor?

If sources are to be believed, the Ugly actor Rahul Bhat would be playing a character very similar to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in Abhishek Kapoor's Fitoor.

Says a source close to the project, "The character is that of a young Pakistani politician from a powerful political family. Rahul Bhat has been asked to model his looks and clothes on Bilawal." 

While the actor refrained from comment a source in-the-know informs, "Rahul's character is named Bilaal and he is very much like Bilawal. He is paired opposite Katrina Kaif." 

It remains to be seen how a politician from Pakistan in Kashmir is shown to be affiliated to Charles Dickens'Great Expectations, the source for Fitoor. But if Shakespeare's Macbeth can fit into Vishal Bhardwaj's Kashmir in Haider why not Dickens in Kashmir?
