The episode starts with Amba telling RV that this girl was interested in the property right from the beginning . give her what she wants and throw her out of the house
RV is stunned and heart broken at Ishaani's decision
Tell her you will divorce her right today Amba continues and drags RV to the lawyer
Ritika comes and confront Ishaani , she exclaims in surprise that she loved RV with all her heart why was she playing this divorce drama ??
Ishaani says she was doing what RV wanted
Ritika says RV loved her so much and she too loved him , why was she wanting divorce ??
Ishaani says she had changed She was not one of those women who waited for their husbands to trust them , she could not spoil her whole life waiting to expect respect and good treatment from her husband
RV did not respect her , so she will not allow him to insult her any further, so she was leaving him
RV then tells Ritika that she was wasting her time trying to convince Ishaani
She need not change her decision as it was not in her nature to love
Even if she was loved by some one
So let her take what she wanted and she could then go
He had asked the lawyers to prepare their divorce papers

RV looks very sad , Ishaani too stares at RV sadly
Ritika asks Sharman not to allow Ishaani to take divorce
Sharman says ishaani was free to take her decisions in her life
Rits says he knew she was his sister , and he ought to explain to his sis that she loved RV and being close to RV ,She knew what RV felt for Ishaani, so they should not allow this divorce to happen
Sharman remembers ritika RV meeting in the hotel
He confirms from Ritika if she really wanted RV not to divorce Ishaani
Sharman tells her he would talk to Ishaani
At his flat Chirag is admiring himself in the mirror , he applies shaving foam on his face , opens the tap and discovers there is no water supply he looks around for water ,suddenly some men come and carry him out of the house forcibly
Chirag shouts and protests but they do not listen
The men say that he had taken this house on loan and did not repay the instalments so the owner has taken over this house
It was now RV's house and he could not live here any more
They throw him out and shut the door
Chirag vows to take his revenge from RV and Ishaani
At home Falguni tries to convince Ishaani that she should not divorce RV
She reminds Ishaani of the promise to her father , how much RV loved n cared for her
Ishaani says did RV see how much she loved him ??
Nitin comes and explains to ishaan,He says that it is very easy to break rishtaa and very difficult to create new rishtaa or nurture them
Ishaani is is no mood to hear lectures
She was tired of constant rejection from RV
She did not want to wait for RV to acknowledge her love
and she was not waiting any more
She did not want advice from strangers he tells Nitin
He was RV's employee and had not rights to call her his beti
If she took over the business that he would be her employee
So he better keep his distance
Nitin is hurt ,so is Falguni she scolds Ishaani that this was no way to talk to elders
Chirag reaches RV's office
All the girls make fun of chirag's appearance
In a vest , half pants , shaving cream smeared on his face
He barges into RV's office but is prevented by guards he creates a ruckus
Finally RV calls him in
He accuses RV that just because his wife disliked him but loved chirag he was taking revenge by throwing him out of his house
RV retorts back that he was tired of tolerating his tamasha sometimes he came with drummers and declares ishaani is his lover
Then he comes with lawyers and declare ishaani was his sister
He did not want tenants like him so he was evacuated
Chirag vows to take revenge for this treatment
RV tells chirag that even the clothes he was wearing belonged to him and before his men came and removed his clothes he should leave
Chirag asks where should he go now ??
RV says on the streets because that is where he belonged, chirag is stunned to hear this
Chirag comes out of his office ,disturbed ,but suddenly his hand goes into his pocket
He discovers the diamond pouch
He happily thinks that not him, but soon RV would be on the streets
At home Amba has called the lawyers and prepared the papers
She wants Ishaani , RV to put the signatures and finish off the matter and leave
All sit down but Ishaani says the matter will not finish until she gets her due
She wants equal portion of everything that belonged to RV
This house, the utensils, business, everything
Amba exclaims furiously that this is what this girl wanted from the first day, she is Harshad Parekh' s beti
She has shown true colours
Remember how she was pleading that she did no want property or this house she just wanted her husband !!!
How she said she wanted to be with her husband all her life !! and now she has changed so much !!
RV to is shocked with ishaani's attitude and says what happened to her promises of undying love ??
Ishaani says yes she had changed , she wanted her share of everything
Just because she came empty handed does not mean she would leave empty handed
Hansa baa and Chetali are feeling very happy but Amba and Laxmi are furious
RV angrily retorts back that that she would get as per her "aukaat "her status
Ishaani replies they not hers but RV's status
RV's status was very high so her alimony too should suit his status
Precap shows Manas telling ishaani that the decision she was about to take decision would destroy her entire life
Ishaani says she knew what she was doing
since one of them had to go to jail it would be ishaani not RV
and as such her life without RV was meaningless so she better spend the life in jail
all his life RV has shown his aashiqui for her now it was her turn , for the rest of her life she would show him her aashiqui for him
