I think virajs past about his mom will come up only after Nisha -viraj officially become a couple.
He'll want to introduce her to his dadaji. I think dadaji might be the traditional type and won't accept Nisha immediately only because she is a commoner.
That's when virajs mom reference will come.
Mom was also a commoner who never really got accepted because she is not from a royal family.
Another alternative is virajs dad had an affair with a commoner and kicked mom out of the house for her , she never left viraj on her own.so they hate all commoners ( which is stupid :)))
So, this commoner factor might be important.oh my my is also probably involved in this and equally responsible.
