Sunny walks a thin line
The film is called Ghayal Once Again
Bloodied, bruised and chasing the baddie; this is a Sunny Deol we are all used to. But when Deol took to the backroad of Lokhandwala to shoot the sequel to his 1990-superhit Ghayal, his newly trim frame surprised many onlookers.

The 58-year old actor, who is also directing and producing the film, looked fighting fit as he ran through a crowded street.

On March 12, 2014, Mirror first reported that after the project changed hands from directors Ashwini Chaudhury to Rahul Rawail, Sunny finally stepped in to direct the sequel himself. The script too had been changed thrice.

Co-producer Sunil Saini who worked with the actor on his last film, also a sequel, Yamla Pagla Deewana 2, says that no formal announcement has been made about the film yet and the reports about the film's title are incorrect. "There are continuous rumours that the film is titled Ghayal 2 or Ghayal Returns. But they are false. The film is called Ghayal Once Again. We will be making a formal announcement soon," he clarifies.

After two-days of chase sequences, the cast and crew will be filming a major chunk of the film at Kamal Amrohi Studios in Mumbai. "A big set has been erected at Kamalistan Studios and we will be shooting there next," reveals Saini.

Buzz is, the film will take-off from where Rajkumar Santoshi left off and Mirror has learnt that the film is based on a real-life event in the life of a Mumbai Police encounter specialist.

EDIT: Bollywood Hungama @Bollyhungama

. #SunnyDeol's sequel to #Ghayal, titled #GhayalOnceAgain to release on November 13, 2015.

Ya the teaser came around the time when Ready released in theatres back in 2011 ðŸ˜†

Ghayal was one of Sunny's popular films in the 90s so it should get a good opening.  I liked Sunny's first film as a director (Dillagi). But with the audience rejecting most masala films these days, it is possible that Ghayal sequel will Flop too, especially as Sunny doesn't have the ability to pull in crowds like he was able to in the past.

(this means 12 days after Prem Ratan Dhan Payo as of now)

Prem Ratan Dham Paio will release on 12. Diwali is on 12 so it is clashing with it.

I felt that Bobby did well in the film!

I also wanna mention that back when I was young, Bobby used to be my favorite actor because he has the same name as me ðŸ˜† (Bobby is my real first name). Then I started not liking him as much later on and switched my favorite actor to his brother Sunny, which was also kinda cause some people in my family liked Sunny Deol more than Bobby Deol ðŸ˜† (my brother's name is Sunny by the way)

Then eventually SRK became my favorite actor later (after films like Kal Ho Na Ho, Main Hoon Na, and Veer Zaara)
