Crop tool adjustment for smartphones/tablets?

I would love it, if the crop tool thingy can appear on tablets and smartphones, like it appears on PC, when you're changing your display picture. I think I'm not the only one who gets tired of resizing photos. Would really appreciate it, if this could happen! :D
