Prateek tries to call Neha but her phone is switched off. Amrita warns him not to contact Neha as she's the prime suspect now. Prateek refuses to believe Neha could be involved but Amrita warns him that she'll not forgive him if Neha's involvement in this case is proved.
Meghan excitedly gets ready to go to meet Trisha. She's developed a crush on Dr Aditya & wants to spend maximum time with Trisha just to meet the doctor. Bobby watches her put on her best makeup & teases her -trying to know about her latest crush. But Meghan refuses to tell him and goes to meet Trisha in her room. She asks Trisha to go out for coffee. Aditya first refuses to let Trisha go out since she's still recuperating from her injuries. But Trisha pursues Amrita to accompany them as well and Aditya gives in and agrees to go along.
Kabir is already suspecting Kushan to be the kidnapper & after he comes to know that he's left for Lonavala, his suspicions are raised. He tells Abhay that if Kushan is just misguiding them by pretending to be at Lonavala, then it's obvious he's planning to attack Trisha. He calls up the officer who's keeping an eye on Trisha. The officer reports from the coffee shop & says that Trisha is safe. Kabir sends Abhay and his team over there too, to increase Trisha's safety cover.
Trisha gets a text message from an unknown number saying- "If you want to find out who tried to kidnap and kill you, then come to Madh Island right now. I have found out that you were never the target- it was your mother. She's still in danger. If you want to know all the answers then switch off your phone after reading this message and leave without telling anyone."
She switches off the phone ( *facepalm* ) and leaves, excusing to go to the washroom. Kushan is back in Mumbai as well & is going towards Madh Island.
Amrita realizes Trisha has been gone for a while, and she goes to check the washroom. She panics when she doesn't find her there. Abhay and his team approach her & enquire where's Trisha. She reports she's gone missing ( again ). They all check the coffee shop but don't find her anywhere. Trisha, meanwhile has gotten herself into a cab & is seen going towards Madh Island.
Kabir reaches the coffee shop & tells Amrita to go home. When Prateek learns about Trisha's disappearance, he loses his temper & yells at Amrita for taking her out.
Neha is staying at a hotel & panics when she watches the news about the police finding strong leads in Trisha's case. She decides to leave the city.
Lavanya receives a phone call from Kushan, who tells her that everything is going as they had planned.
Abhay gets a call from an informer who tells him that Trisha took a cab to Madh Island. Kabir and Abhay decide to go there as well. On their way, Kabir gets to know that Kushan is missing from his hotel room in Lonavala, but his phone is still in the room. Kabir thinks that it can't merely be a coincidence.
He calls Amrita to let her know that Trisha was seen taking a cab & he promises her that he'll bring her back safely from Madh Island. Amrita shares this with Prateek. Sonali overhears them. On the other hand, Kushan reaches an abandoned building.
Lavanya reaches the Swaika mansion & enquires about Trisha. Amrita & Sonali inform her that Kabir has told them not to panic as he's going to get her from Madh Island. Lavanya realizes Kushan is in danger & she must warn him. She leaves from there.
Trisha reaches the spot as well. She climbs to the top of the building, looking for the person who had texted her. Kabir reaches the building as well. Kushan aims his gun at Trisha & is about to fire when Kabir yells Trisha's name. She moves from the spot and goes to meet Kabir. Kushan realizes Kabir and his team have reached the building, so he hides from them & manages to flee from the spot.
Kabir yells at Trisha and asks her why she left without informing anyone. Trisha explains that she had received a text & didn't want to risk Amrita's life. Kabir tells her that she should've at least told him about it but she carelessly chose to trust some stranger instead. Trisha cries & admits that she was wrong. She apologizes to Kabir. Kabir holds her arms & says that her safety is his responsibility & he can't let anything go wrong. He mistakenly calls her 'Ishita' instead (his daughter). Trisha points it out & he tells her that he's handling another case simultaneously & got confused with their names.
He brings her back to Swaika mansion & everyone is relieved to see her back. Kabir thinks that her safety is still a huge concern as the mastermind behind all this is still out there.

At the Grewal house, Bobby overhears Lavanya & Kushan's conversation & learns that it's his father who had kidnapped Trisha. On realizing he's been exposed, Kushan puts the gun to his own head- trying to commit suicide. Lavanya & Bobby try to get the gun away from him & a shot is accidentally fired. ( But who got hit? ).
