Episode starts with Amrits thinking about what kushaan and kabir told her and wonders if Pratik can kidnap his own daughter.. Kabir thinks that Pratik has played a very dirty game and he will expose him, Trisha wishes her mom comes to rescue her soon while Lavanya is not able to sleep in happiness thinking that she will be the next CEO.. Next morning, Pratik adresses the Board meeting that due to some uncalled controversies, he has decided to take break from CEO post and wants to appoint someone who is equally hard working and dedicated like him and will take care of company like he did.. Lavanya is about to stand up in happiness but Pratik announces Gaurav Swaika shocking both Gaurav and Lavanya.. Pratik says like always, they will have to vote freely and fairly.. FB shows how Pratik has blackmailed eveyone to vote for him or else when he comes back to position, their future will hang.. All vote for Gaurav except Lavanya.. Pratik asks Lavanya also to raise her hand and she hesitatingly does so.. Pratik calls Gaurav and says he is with him now and will help him take company's tough decisions.
Gaurav informs Sonali and she gets excited.. She tells Vivaan the same which Amrita overhears and is shocked.. She asks Sonali how Pratik could make such decision when Sonali argues with her asking if she and her husband want to control everything.. amrita says she is happy for her and leaves.. Gaurav thanks Pratik and Pratik says that it was long impending and asks Gaurav to take his help in decision making.. Lavanya is angry at the decision and thinks how pratik played with her and got a dummy for the company.. Pratik is discussing with Gaurav when Kabir and team enter and kabir hands over the search warrant while his team search his cabin.. Kabir tells that he feels Pratik is behind the kidnapping and shows the pic of him with Ansari and how Trisha is being kept at Ansari's bungalows.. Lavanya comes and accuses Pratik while Gaurav supports him..
Other side Kabir's officers reach Pratik's home and search for clues.. Amrita asks them what they are doing when Officer hands her search warrant.. she asks for Kabir and gets told that he is in Pratik's office doing the same.. Amrita calls him and he tells her to let his men do their work and will inform later on what's happening.. Neha is messaging someone when Pratik catches her and she acts as if being worried for him.. Pratik says Kabir cannot do anything and asks her to come along or else he will go alone..
Goons are dancing to loud music played on TV and Trisha gets irked.. She sees Tv cable and cuts it off.. Goons wonder what happened and go to check while Trisha gets happy and smirks.. kabir finds a personal locker behind Pratik's bookshelf and asks Gaurav for password.. Gaurav says he doesnt know and that its Pratik's personal locker and he is in meeting.. Kabir asks his men to open it and they find a file and a flash drive.. Kabir check the drive on laptop and is shocked to see Trisha's photos..
