The episode starts with Anjali getting a call from Tauji stating that she should go to Ambala now as the college has got over , everyone is really shocked hearing this news and decides to do something . At night , Anjali is very tensed and asks her Babaji to erase all the problems before she wakes up the next morning .
The nest morning , when she wakes up she finds Ameesha going somewhere , she asked her but Ameesha made an excuse that she is going to the college for returning the books. Anjali later tries to call all the other members of the group but everyone ignores her. Anjali being sad, tries to divert her mood by packing her bag for Ambala , she starts packing the back and finds Dhruv there , they have a beautiful moment on Ishq bulaava but later she finds out it to be a dream.
In the evening , she goes to Dhruv's house and finds out the whole house to be decorated . Every had planned surprise birthday party for her. Anjali had completely forgotten about her bithday , they cut the cake and Tauji comes and he says that he convinced her dad to not to force her to come back to Ambala as sh wants to stay here. Anjali is overwhelmed by this and hugs and hugs Dhruv . The whole gang is dancing and enjoying extremely , Anjali asks Dhruv to come out.
Anjali thanks Dhruv for everything , they share a beautiful moment together and share their first kiss . Anjali thanks to her babaji for giving her this amazing life , she remembers all the moments in her life , from Ameesha taking her responsibility to Kiara asking to join their group to Dhruv confessing his feeling for her. The show ends by Anjali thanking her Babaji for everything.
