Once upon a time, in a land named Pratyush, lived a bunch of madcap, crazy, foolish, yet hilariously and humongously entertaining Pratyushians. They spent their time thinking of what-ifs and where-ofs, dreaming up hugely wondrous scenarios, and imagining pretty, star-studded canvasses. Happy, as only the true-hearted could be, they imagined what could have happened if their dreams had come true and the Prince in Shining Armor would have actually come charging out of the mist, scooped their princess into his arms, and ridden of over the horizon. What a wonderful happily-ever-after that would have been!
But, that was not to be...
Whoever said that good things come to those that wait, was correct. And if memory serves me right, my mom told me this... And as always, moms are always right.
As we moaned and fretted (in private), somewhere, from someone's pen dribbled a story that would make things alright for us once again.
Bringing hope and joy, and boundless anticipation, we waited as the news unfolded... of our Pratyusha's return! And we waited with bated breath to see how her new onscreen partner, Kanwar Dhillon, would be.
And what a jackpot we got. Young, chemically compatible, good-lookers that they are, WarSha set the screen on fire with their innocent sensuality.
The serial was light-hearted, breezy, funny. The creatives narrated a story that was oh, so believable. The cast formed the cream of the crop. And the story, the story began like this:
A pretty Bengali girl walked into the life of handsome UPite.
Their eyes collided and the boy collapsed in a puddle of hot, molten love.
The girl realized a bit late, but she did.
And they got married!
Welcome all!!!
