There are a couple of things might be chance for surprises..
1. There might be surprise in the store where Kayra's brother in law might be doing all of these. He is not a change person at all yet.
2. what was that girl name who was once Rubal's wife.. maybe she is behind pankhudi.
3. Aayesha herself was force to do something like this because her father is in some sort of trouble.
