Why's hathi never made fun of by the purush mandal? Is it because he's a doctor and treats everybody? Or is it because of his size that people are scared of him?

Because anytime tthey do, he takes that lightly and doesn;t reacts at all. He just keep on saying, " Sahi baat hai"

Mazak usi ka udta hai jo react karta hai like Iyyer, popat and Bhide

Agree with you.

But his character is so one dimensional. Just food and eating. That's all he talks about.

They could show some comedy with his patients

For that matter, they don't make any fun of taarak ! He is also scared of his wife, but no one makes fun of him !

kyunki wo react karte hain..aur taarak to khud apna mazaak udaane ke kabil hai..no one else needs to do that
