Sanga charges down the pitch but is not to the pitch of the delivery, misses it, but he is a long way down. Sarfraz fumbles the take but has enough time to take the bails off. Sanga walks back to a standing ovation from anyone. Absolute gem of an innings.

Led by a Sanga special, Sri Lanka claim a lead of 82 runs. He kicked on to reach his 10th double hundred, second only to Sir Don Bradman in terms of number of double hundreds. Later on, Dhammika swung his bat around before Mathews called his batsmen in. Manzoor and Shehzad now face a pesky 20-minute period before stumps.
