Siddhant Karnick speaks on his ad controversy

Siddhant Karnick is in a state of shock after he came to know of some
reactions to his latest commercial for a leading telecom company.
Siddhant Karnick, currently seen in Life OK's Gustakh Dil and who is also a popular face in commercials, shot an ad in in Malaysia few weeks back. The commercial defines a very sweet and unique relationship of a married couple where the wife is the boss of her husband in office. One evening, the wife asks her husband to meet the work deadlines and leaves for home. After reaching home, she prepares dinner of her hubby's choice. And also makes a video call to her husband to present the dinner and thereby portray the strength of the telecom network. But it seems like the commercial is taken in a wrong way.
Talking more about this controversy, Siddhant says, "I have never thought in my wildest dreams that this cute presentation of a couple's relationship in a commercial will create such a bizarre controversy. With Vinil, this is my third commercial and we both have a very good rapport. He is also someone who is a perfectionist and knows how to extract the true emotions in an ad film. I wish people have better things to do in their life. The ad defines how caring you can be with your husband. Inspite of telling him to work, you are also cooking for him."

Siddhant also feels the reactions from certain group of people is really not logical. "I have read that people have commented about double income group and no kids and why the couple can't afford to have a maid. How can one explain everything in a 2-minute commercial? Some of my female friends just loved the ad and think it is a very romantic way of showing your love for your husband,"signs off Siddhant.
