Samaira insists Aditya to take her along to the sexologist. Aditya refuses but Samaira remains adamant & states that being his wife, it's her duty to stand by him in his difficult times. Aditya agrees and admits that he's worried that their relationship may become a burden for her with his medical condition. Samaira tells him not to worry as they'll love each other, no matter what. She secretly sends a text message to Neeraj.
In the parking lot of the doctor's clinic, a goon teases Samaira by winking at her. Samaira stops Aditya midway & tells Aditya about the goon and his eve teasing. When Aditya tries to get to him, Samaira stops him & says that they've got an appointment to go to. The goon (who's accompanied by 2 others) teases Samaira again and calls her a 'peela phool' (yellow flower due to her yellow saree, which she was wearing). Aditya tries to get to him again but Samaira stops him. The goon teases her again by intentionally bumping into her. Aditya grabs him by the collar & throws him to the ground. He tells them to shut their mouths. As Adi-Ra are turning to leave, the goon mocks Aditya's manhood and states that since he's visiting the sexologist so he's not even able to satisfy or protect his wife but yet, he's mad at all of them (there's a board with doctor's name & credentials, so the goons KNOW why Adi-Ra are visiting the doctor). Aditya is provoked enough & goes to hit them. He continues fighting till a goon hits him with a stick from behind. Samaira, who's watching this contentedly, recalls how Sameer had hit her in the head with a vase when they were first married. She thinks to herself how the plan worked perfectly & now Adi wouldn't be able to meet with the sexologist.
After beating Aditya, the goons decide to leave. Samaira runs to him & reprimands him for fighting with such uncouth goons. She tells him there's no use visiting the sexologist (as he's badly bruised and bleeding). She takes him away.
Neeraj watches them leave. He gives money to the 3 goons & jokingly tells them they should've kicked Aditya a little more than they already did. 😆
Back at the Jagannath mansion, Mahanto & Sunaina enquire from Aditya how he sustained those injuries. Before he can reply to them, Samaira says that they had gone for lunch to a restaurant & Aditya slipped there & sustained a fall.
In their bedroom, Adi is wincing in pain and Samaira concernedly asks him if he's in pain (she's extremely happy to see him in this state). She hugs him tightly, knowing it would hurt him even more. She applies extremely hot water to his wounds & tells him it's good for him. Samaira thinks to herself how he's unable to bear such small cuts & bruises after what all he did to her.
In the evening at the living room, Sunaina tells Mahanto not to worry about Madhu's mental condition. Mahanto says that although he had liked Samaira's idea of keeping Madhu at home previously, but now she should be transferred back to the asylum where she can be better treated. Samaira is upset at hearing this.
The next morning, Mahanto is regretting to see Madhu's condition. She sits blanked out on bed. The hospital assistants come to take her away. Samaira stops them and tells Mahanto that she's got an expert psychologist, Dr Awasthi, to treat Madhu. She calls him inside. Its Neeraj (with a fake moustache and beard). Aditya recognizes him and looks at Samaira confusedly. Dr Awasthi is able to convince Mahanto that Madhu can be rightfully treated at home.
Mahanto prepares a will and tells the lawyer that he's finally agreed on who's going to take over the business after him. Aditya overhears this and decides to find out what all is written in the will.
Precap: Aditya expresses his concern about hiring Neeraj to Samaira. Aditya says that Neeraj knows too much about his past. Samaira says he's better than some other 3rd person. Samaira tells him that Neeraj can be totally trusted as he only works for money.
