I was watching special telecast episode of Diya aur baati hum which was showing Sandhya's journey to become IPS officer when I saw a New Promo by Star Plus.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai special telecast on 20th July 2014 at 1pm sharp and 8pm night.
Promo shows us, Voiceover of Naitik and Naitik makes understand Duggu that he is suffering from Diabetes so he need to take extra care, Akshara giving strength to Naitik that their son duggu will do it and will play football just like you, then they show us Duggu practising and the final match where Naitik and Akshara cheering up Duggu. Lastly, for the last goal they show us Akshara motivating Duggu and he gets a goal! Tag line how Naitik and Akshara makes their son tackle the problems and how Akshara became a coach for Duggu.
[why they sidelined Ruhan sir's contribution in this? he deserved the share as well👏]
