Hi...

Just wanted to know- I just got a message from one of my YT channel subscribers that Youtube blocked my 'Sifarish' VM on copyright issue. I just checked and indeed my VM has a COPYRIGHT NOTICE...

Just wanted to know if other VM makers have faced this too?

If yes, someone please tell me-

Does it like happen all the time or periodically?

What is their basis of issuing that notice? I understand that its on Ownership grounds but aren't the VMs set on PUBLIC view and even the VM content is not malicious in any which way to either the original background music/song or the show itself?

- I mean the whole fan tribe actually helps promote the viewer base for both the song and the show by making VMs in my opinion. (Besides, I think all PrAja VMs adhere to the regulations prescribed by YT)...

Can we do something about such notices or just sit back and let things roll as they are...😉

OMG, running to check!

Shruti - in general the channel blocks the VM in less than a day in YT! m surprised they dint block ours for so long😆

ok sofar, none blocked for me...but its not uncommon for sure safe to keep a back up in vimeo.com...that place nobody blocks anything😊

Thank god yours is not blocked...😃 what would the PrAjanta do otherwise!!!!

I have uploaded few VMs on VIMEO- shall do so for all VMs... yeah wud rather post it there from now on! 😊

ideally even I dont understand why they block VMs? there isnt any copyright infringement intended...maybe the music companies dont approve of it?😕

And I can see my video playing on my channel- however my friend or my brother cant see it on you tube... its blocked for all other users except the VM maker- i think...

And the funniest thing is Hiral- its Multi Screen Media - the name SET india was known by earlier who has blocked the VM along with the Music Company...

Its bizarre... we have clearly stated that its for entertainment purposes only and no infringement is intended... all Credits are mentioned... and we are not even altering the content or aiming to change the ongoing track of the show!
