How to add music in any post or topic????????

Hii all!

So here I am with a query..

I want to know how can one add music in any post on India Forums..

Let me tell you how much I know:-

I uploaded the mp3 file on Kiwi6

Now I'm supposed to upload it on myfrogbag to get the URL. Right??

Now thats where I'm stuck.. How to upload it on Myfrogbag?

All it shows is a sample music player... I'm badly confused.

Any help??
