Adi comes there and tells that Samaira is getting worried for Arnav. He tells Samaira that Arnav will get fine. Samaira's father tells her not to worry and goes to bring water for her. Adi tells Samaira that she should be happy as their plan is working right. Samaira asks what kind of father he is. She asks if he cares about his son. She tells that sometimes she thinks how could she fall in love with her.

Jagannath family arrives at the hospital. Mananto asks Adi how is Arnav. Adi tells that the doctors are examining him. The doctor comes out and tells that there is an emergency and they will need to give blood to Arnav. The doctor tells that sometimes the child's blood group matches with his Mother. Madhu tells that she won't give blood to Arnav. Adi tells the doctor to check his blood group. The doctor checks his blood group and tells that it matched but his blood can't be taken as alcohol content is high. Adi says sorry to Mananto and tells that he drank that night as he was worried for Madhu. Mananto tells the doctor to check his blood group. The doctor asks if he is diabetic or has high BP. Mananto tells that he is not diabetic but his BP is high. The doctor tells that they can't take his blood then. The doctor asks Madhu again if she is sure with her decision. Samaira tells the doctor to check her blood group.

Shikha tells Neeraj that he should go home. Neeraj tells that he won't go anywhere leaving her and Manav. The doctor comes there and tells that her blood group matched with Arnav and she can give her blood to Arnav. The doctor tells that they will take the rest of the blood from someone else. Samaira asks why he can't take the blood from her. The doctor tells that they can't do that as something might happen to her. Samaira tells that she can't take the risk. The doctor tells that he can't risk her life for another patient. Samaira feels dizzy and is about to fall. The doctor tells that she is not well and she can't take more blood from her. Samaira tells that she is his mother and she wants to give Arnav blood. The doctor tells that he can't take more blood from there and goes from there. Shikha sees Madhu and gets shocked. Madhu remembers everything that happened last few months and runs from there. Neeraj goes after her. She runs to Adi and tells that he was right that Samaira is actually Shikha. Mananto asks what she is saying. Neeraj goes to Shikha and tells that she escaped and now will tell everyone the truth. Shikha tells that she won't say the truth and they will have to do something.

Madhu tells Mananto that he was right that ghosts don't exist as Shikha didn't die. Mananto tells that first she saw Shikha's ghost and now she is telling that Shikha is alive. He tells that she is not in her senses. Madhu tells that she is speaking the truth.

Shikha cuts her hand. Neeraj asks why she cut her hand. Shikha tells him to see what she does.

Madhu tells that Samaira didn't come from Singapore and brought a false father. She asks Shikha's father who he is. He asks Mananto what she is doing. At that time Shikha comes there and tells her father to stay away from Madhu.

Samaira tells that she was giving blood to Arnav and Madhu suddenly attacked her and said that she is Shikha. Madhu tells that she didn't attack her and she herself said the doctor that she is Shikha. Madhu tells Mananto that a boy was with him who went after her. Samaira tells that only the doctor was with her in the room. Mananto tells Jai to call the doctor. The doctor comes there and Madhu tells him to tell everyone that Samaira is actually Shikha. The doctor tells that Madhu told him to recognise Samaira as Shikha and when he didn't listen to her she tried to attack him. The doctor tells Mananto that Madhu lost her mental balance. Madhu holds the doctor's collar and tells him to tell that Samaira is actually Shikha. Mananto holds her back and she tells them to believe her. She tells that they will repent one day. Adi gets happy and smiles looking at Samaira.
