journey between the known and the unknown

ok guyz,topic toh bahut mast hai but question itna sa hai ki jalal ko pata kaise chala ki ruku is not preggo..i mean why did he even have a doubt...firstly i feel its the pre cap for thursday ka dpi,also i somehow don't feel it is a dream bcoz spoilers suggest otherwise,so what do u guys think...there has to be something that made jalal doubt ruku,what do u think it is?
