Kamla had been happy to have Neetu stay at her home but they had to leave some time and so once Sahil found a home they immediately shifted.
Neetu and her family now lived in a really small house by a farm. Every morning Sahil would go out to take care of the animals and Neetu would start with her daily chores while Maya would sit around and paint her nails. Yes, Prem had gotten married to Maya. It had been quite a shock, of course. Right after Sahil and Neetu had gotten settled in their new home Prem had made an entry.
Actually, he had took his newly wedded wife to the Singhania Mansion right after he got back but there he had found out that the house no longer belonged to him. He had been really embarrassed in front of his wife. Gauri had just given Maya an apologetic look. Maya couldn't help that she had fallen in love with Prem.
When they'd gone to Kamla's house she told them their parent's new location. Kamla had been kind enough to welcome Prem's wife doing all the rituals. She didn't want Maya to feel left out because she knew that Neetu wouldn't do much for her.
Neetu got up that day and made breakfast for everyone. "Prem bacha khaana kha lo" she said shoving a plate of garma garam parathas under his nose. Prem pushed it aside. "Nahi chahiye!"
He was still angry with his parents for being so foolish. He got up and got ready to leave for work.
Immediately after he had left Sahil finished up his breakfast and got ready to go farming.
"Ek minute Sahil" Neetu called out. "Mere liye ek nayee sari lekar aana." "Aur saath mein ek face pack bhi" Maya added with a smile. "Of course aur kyun na main ek badda sa ghar khareed loon" Sahil said sarcastically. "Haan" Neetu said with her silly smile. "Apne sapne ke duniya se bhaar aa jaao, Neetu!" Sahil said. "Koi sari nahi milegi tumme. Aur tu Maya bahu, khud hi kyun ni face pack khareed leti?" Sahil asked her. "Itna badda business hai tumaara aur saath mein ek badda ghar bhi lekeen phir bhi hum sab ko iss chopar-" "Bilkul sahi, Sahil!" Neetu exclaimed. "Arre Neetu Ji mein bahu hoon aur aap logon ke ghar mein rahungi na, aur aap log hai ki mere ghar mein rukna chaate hai, not fair" Maya said with a pout. ""Keisi bahu ho tum?" Neetu asked Maya. "Aur keisi patni ho tum?" Sahil said turning on Neetu. "Apna chota dimaag zaada chalaane ki kya zaroorat thi?"
Maya smiled while watching Neetu and Sahil argue. She immediately got up and went to the kitchen. Neetu had put some tea there for Sahil. She giggled and put a cup full of salt in it. She then tiptoed back to where she was sitting before and SaTu were so busy arguing that they hadn't even seen her missing. "Acha acha theek hai meri ma ab jaao meri chaaye le aao" Sahil said. "Abhi laayi" Neetu said rolling her eyes. "Aur tu toh bas koi kaam matt karna" Neetu told Maya. "Prem ne kahaan hai ki mein kutch na karoon" Maya said. "Baddi ayee Prem Prem karne waali" Neetu said while walking off towards the kitchen.
Maya watched as Neetu handed the cup of tea to Sahil. He took it and began drinking. Not long afterwards, Sahil spit it out. "Chee! Yeh kya hai, Neetu!" "Kya hai matlab?" Neetu asked. "Peekar dekho" Sahil said handing her the cup. Neetu took a sip and she had the same reaction as Sahil. "S-Sahil voh.." she trailed off. "Let me see" Maya said jumping up. She went into the kitchen and got herself another cup of tea from the same dish that Neetu had put it in. Maya didn't mind as she'd only put salt in Sahil's cup of tea. She came out and said, "I'm trying it too." She took a sip and spit it out. "Neetu Ji yeh kya banaiya hai aapne?" Maya asked dropping the cup which fell on the floor and shattered. Neetu watched the broken cup on the floor and gasped. "Yeh kya kiya ladki? Ab mujhe aur kaam karne keliye de diya." Sahil laughed. "Haan ek kaam dhang se kiya nahi aur doosra kaam karne jaa rahi ho, he!" He shook his head and walked away. Neetu put her hands on her hips and said, "Yeh tumaara kia dhara hai na?" "Mera?" Maya asked. "Of course, Neets." "Teri toh-" "Yeh sab uthaa lena, mein thodi der araam karti hoon" Maya said with a smile.
Neetu was really frustrated but couldn't do much. Her son was madly in love with Maya and couldn't bear a word being said against her. She began picking up the broken pieces.
"Nice tea" Maya said grinning while drinking the rest of it. Next, Neetu collected all the clothes and put it in the washing machine. After that was done, Neetu let out a "Phew" and went into her small room. After she had dozed off Maya quickly tip toed to the laundry room and mixed a bottle of blue color in the clothing.
Later when Neetu had prepared the salad Sahil had ordered Maya secretly ate it all. Then when Neetu went out for a walk, Maya grinned and fell asleep. She was tired.
That night when Sahil came home he asked for the salad. Neetu gave a toothy grin and immediately went over to the fridge. "Haw?" she said out loud. "What?" Sahil asked. "Salad's not there!" Neetu said. "Banaiya hi nahi hoga, lazy bum" Prem said out loud.
"Maya" Neetu said suddenly. "Did you eat it?" "Me? Why would I?" Maya asked. "Stop laying the blame on her just because of your laziness!" Prem snapped. "Lazy kisko kehte ho huh?" Neetu asked her son. "Saara din Maya bas bethi rehti hai! Aur saara kaam toh mein hi karti hoon." "Yeh toh dikh hi ra hai tu kitna kaam karti ho" Sahil said. "Ab aap bhi?" Neetu asked Sahil. He just shook his head and went to bed. "Let's go Maya" Prem said taking her arm and leading her to their room. "Darn it!" Neetu said slamming her fist on the dining table.
In the morning, both Sahil and Prem asked Neetu to go get their clothes for them. Neetu said, "Voh mein dryer mein daalna bhool gayi thi.." "What!" Sahil said. "Koi kaam dhang se nahi hota mein hi jaakar dryer main daal deta hoon" Prem said angrily.
Everyone was startled when Prem called out, "Ma!" They all rushed into the laundry room. "What the hell, Ma, yeh kya hai?" Prem asked holding up a supposed to be white shirt now with color all over it. "Son, I- I have no clue" Neetu said. Maya shrieked. "Meri sari" she started to sob. "Arre Maya ro matt" Prem said trying to console her. "Ussi ka kaam hai yeh patta hai" Neetu said glaring at Maya. "Prem dekho na Ma Ji keise ke rahi hai" Maya said. "Just cut it out, Neetu" Sahil said.
"Haan haan sab meri hi toh galti hai" Neetu said throwing her hands over her head. "Saara din kaam kaam aur ab yeh toka taki! Bas! Mein nahi karungi koi kaam aage se!" "Aur humme nahi rehna aapke saath!" Prem said. "Maya meine abhi abhi neya ghar khareeda hai tum mere saath vahaan chalo." "Oh okay!" Maya said smiling. Sahil started to say something but Prem cut him off. "Only Maya and I are going to stay there. It will be our house."
The very next day Prem and Maya left to live in their new house leaving Neetu and Sahil to live in their Pyaara Sa Ghar.😳
