JC: "With respect to replacing a player before the match has started, if its after the toss then with the current rules then tough. Also, if you do allow it then it has to be a like for like replacement otherwise it becomes tactical and you open up the field for teams to abuse the "oh we lost the toss so we'll get in another spinner"."
