Episode begins with Arjun telling his brothers that Bhishma won't stand in front of them and fight. Draupadi comes dressed as royalty, and says that Bhishma's dharm is Hastinapur.
Bhishma and Vidhur try to convince Duryodhan to give back Indraprastha to the Pandavas. Duryodhan says they need to prove that they haven't broken the rules for the 13th year. Shakuni and Bhishma debate on the issue. Dhritrashta says they cannot challenge his sons to war as only one king can challenge another, the Pandavas are forest dwellers still.
The Pandavas and Draupadi enter Virat's sabha without any disguises. Virat and Sudeshna welcome them. Virat says he is blessed to have had them in his city and soon he will send his armies with them to help them battle against Hastinpur. Yudhishtir says they need to fight themselves and must prove their worth. Draupadi says they must kill Dhritrasta's 100 sons, but Arjun interrupts telling her not to forget Karna, and that they must send a message to Hastinapur saying that they will sacrifice 101 heads to Kala Bhairav on the battleground.
In Hastinpaur, Karna reads out Arjun's message to the war council. Duryodhan is angry and threatens to destroy the Pandavas. Karna boasts that he will kill anyone that tries to harm Duryodhan, but Shakuni tells him to stop getting excited. Shakuni says only Bhishma has the right to fight for Hastinpaur. Bhishma says this message is for Dhritrashta's 100 sons, not Hastinapur, but Duryodhan doesn't agree.
Draupadi slices her finger on a sword and uses her blood to do a tilak on each of her husbands. She tells them that dharma is on their side and their weapons are with them, they will prevail.
Vidhur asks Bhishma what colour flag they should have when the Pandavas come to attack -white for peace or red for war? Bhishma says his dharma will be to fight for Hastinapur, but the Pandavas are his hope for the future.
The 5 Pandavas arrive outside the gates of Hastinapur and Bhishma also arrives. They are shocked as they will not fight him. Bhishma says they must get through him to get inside Hastinapur and fight the Kaurvas.
Shakuni tells Duryodhan that as long as Bhishma is alive, he will never face defeat against the Pandavas.
Arjun asks Bhishma why he is protecting the Kauravas after everything they have done to them and Draupadi, but Bhishma has no answer. He says he must carry out his duty.
Precap: Bhishma tells the Pandavas to fight and make him proud. He says my weapons are with the Kauravas but my blessings are with you. Yudhishtira says how can we think of killing Bhishma and Drona?
