Episode begins with Dushasan coming towards Draupadi, who has folded her hands in prayer. She closes her eyes and utters "Govind" before Dushasan begins to pull at her sari.
Krishna glances at the bandage of cloth on his hand and remembers when Draupadi tied it on him. As he begins to unwrap the bandage a miracle occurs in Hastinapur, where reels and reels of red cloth come and enfold Draupadi.
Dushasan pulls and tugs but it makes no difference. More cloth appears from every direction and completely encircles Draupadi. The terrible wind in the sabha picks up, and the men find their crowns and jewels and clothes being swept away. 😆
Krishna continues to pull at his bandage while Draupadi is still praying to him. Kauravas, Pandavas and everyone are stripped but Dushasan keeps on pulling. Krishna removes the bandage and throws it on the floor, and in Hastinapur Dushasan also falls to the floor. (Krishna's expressions are worth seeing here! 👏)
Suddenly Kunti and Gandhari enter the sabha hall. Krishna's miracle is still occurring and they are shocked (well Kunti is, obv Gandhari can't see!)
Kunti shouts out Draupadi and runs towards her. Draupadi holds up her hand to stop her and tells her not to touch her, as Draupadi will become tarnished.
Draupadi tells Kunti that she is no longer her daughter-in-law, no longer her sons wife, no longer the daughter-in-law of the Kuru lineage. Draupadi reaches up and removes her choodamani from her head and throws it to the floor where it breaks and different pieces land with each Pandav and Kunti.
Draupadi cries that she is without husband, without name, without family. Everyone looks ashamed, and she adds that she is the fire from a exiled person's kitchen. Draupadi says she is pure but lives in an impure place.
Draupadi tells Kunti and Gandhari that if they want to protect themselves then they should leave the sabha, because the entire sabha will drown today. 👏 Draupadi exclaims that she isn't human, she is death, the death for all the adharm men in the sabha.
Draupadi begins to curse everyone in the sabha, but Gandhari interrupts and begs her to forgive them.
Draupadi says her curse is forgiveness, because if she punishes them then she will bring hell on earth in this very lifetime. Gandhari says that a woman who gives life cannot hand out death.
Gandhari adds that the men in this sabha have practically committed suicide with this act of theirs. Gadhari tells Draupadi not to be swayed by anger and stoop to the level of these men. Draupadi replies that the job of keeping the house clean is done by women, as do they keep society/world clean, and she begins to curse them again.
Arjun interrupts (uh oh!) and stands up.
Arjun says the Pandavas reputation is stained and he begs for a chance to right the wrongs done by them, he begs to allow them to get revenge for her.
Draupadi shouts how will you get revenge, you are the slaves of these evil creatures. Draupadi adds that she doesn't consider the Pandavas as her husbands any more and she won't tie up her hair again or wear a choodamani on her head.
Arjun says he agrees to this, but only she can protect their souls.
Arjun begs for a chance to do penance for their sins otherwise they will spend the rest of their lives in hell.
Arjun says I am saying this to you, not as a husband but as a friend, please don't loose your patience.
Draupadi remembers what Krishna had told her about not loosing her patience due to other people's misdeeds. Draupadi cries and falls to her knees. 😭 Kunti goes and hugs her, Draupadi sobs but Kunti begins to get angry.
Kunti shouts at Dhritrashta, saying that his younger brother Pandu's family have once again done a favour on him. She threatens him saying that once her sons are free, that day his happiness will end.
Duryodhan scoffs at Kunti for thinking her sons will be free, and Shakuni tries to quieten him. Kunti yells at them both, saying it is Duryodhan's arrogance speaking. Whoever watched Draupadi's insult silently, they are the ones made to be stripped in the sabha, not her.
Kunti threatens Duryodhan that she will go to Dwarka and bring Krishna's Narayani army to Hastinapur's doors.
Kunti says she will ask Krishna and Balram to free her sons but not harm the Kauravas since getting revenge for Draupadi's insult only belongs to the Pandavas.
Dhritrashta finally grows a brain between his ears 😡 and asks for forgiveness from Draupadi. He offers her for whatever boon her heart desires, but please forgive his sons. Draupadi tells Dhritrashta that if it possible for him to make her forget what happened in the dyut sabha then he should, but nothing else will lessen her pain.
Gandhari says the stain on their reputation won't lessen either, and she tells her to ask for anything, a do a favour on the King. Draupadi asks for the Pandavas to be free and for their weapons to be returned to them.
Precap: Bhima says before I leave I want everyone to hear my vow. I will rip open this Dushasan's chest and drink his blood. King Dhritrashta's 100 sons will be killed by me. Arjun says that rivers of blood will flow, a mahasangram will occur, Mahabharat will happen.
