Nina, Nina only  Nina 😳 if there is no Elena. Then better single 😳 but if I must choose then I would add Claire Holt or Phoebe Tonkin. 

Well Ian would look good with even a stick wrapped in clothes cos he's that schmexee..haha..but I chose the option 'other' cos I have this one girl's picture stuck in my head with whom I want to see Ian with and that is Hilarie Burton (Peyton from OTH)..she is beautiful..and I think she would really look good opposite Ian 😊

IMO..no body else can look good with damon...
