Is daya's father alive ?? Have they ever mentioned about him in the show ?? I can't remember if daya ever talked about her father...

Daya's Father & Jetha's mother both are no more in serial

thats what i was wondering...i watched this show from episode 1 and couldn't remember any refrence to daya's father...

daya's father is now ascetic and went to himalayas according to daya. She said that during an antakshari competition in gokuldham society. she said her mother used to sing "naina barse rimjhim"ever since her father took sanyas

wo wala track yaad hai tappu sena made teams for antakshari.. tappu ke tansen, goli ke gawaiyye something like that and Chalu pandey also came. In that track Daya said about her father.
