If you're using Windows 7, CS6 for some awkward reason doesn't support. I faced the same problem. This appears while making GIFs or any video related stuffs. I suggest you to use CS5.

^Exactly same happened with me couple of months back. It was working fine & then this error turned up. I researched a lot & got to know that it happens to windows 7 users only. This doesn't happen with CS5 as it doesn't require Dynamic Link.
