In an unknown house, wearing unfamiliar ill fitting clothes, she moves uneasily... Only to trip on the too long and too big trouser legs and land on her butt her little feet on air!
And as she peeks a look to the left n then to the right lying in the same way, her mouth fallen adorably open...
n tentatively raises her head only to notice herself upside down the way from what she was supposed to be.. her feet on her pillow and rest down from it.
And the first giggle escapes her as she notices the ridiculous way she had landed tripping on her own two feet.. And her giggles stop for a moment as she sees the magical mirror she found so fascinating and stares at herself for a moment.. and with a soft chuckle she rights herself..
Like a child, she tilts her head once to one side n then to the next... watching the play of her reflection on the magic mirror.. a radiant smile lighting up her angelic face as she watches the ripples in the mirror..
And then she picks her hands, covered in the shirt that is too big for her, the shirt that gave her trouble just a moment before when she wore it n made her uncomfortable.. but alone with her delightful secret she picks that very long shirt sleeves and holds them up to her new friend showing the strange new dress she has never seen before, never even thought she would wear one day... in her lonely little world...she shares that with her friend, the magic mirror...
she has found another friend.. just like she had once found Rukmani, her special blue butterfly whenever she needed a friend...
Just like she cried holding on to a mirror in that lonely cell.. cz she is scared to be alone, she yearns for the warmth of company, for loving smiles, of loved ones... n in her lonely little corner of the world, in her little prison she once again finds a friend with her reflection...
And in her innocence, she lives for that moment... taking pleasure on the crumbs of happiness life throws at her, and blossoming in the rare ray of sunshine life sprinkles on her..
she lives... truly lives... soaking in those little soft rays, that revives her broken spirit, mends her broken body and heart... n gives her strength...
What an utterly beautifully uncomplicated soul.. watching that moment, seeing those innocent eyes lighting up with incandescent joy that came from a soul so pristine clear... so untouched by the vices of this world.. she was a delight to starving eyes...
yet what a beautiful beautiful portrayal.. as uncomplicated as this childlike Paro is, what a complicated task to bring that out as an actress.. yet once again she lived Paro... Sanaya... what a beautiful Paro you have given us...
Could such goodness exist in this world? An innocence that simply takes ur breath away at its sweetness... yes it does..
with those eyes that sparkle, the windows to the pure soul that resides within her.. she makes me believe in goodness of the world.. of positivity.. of love..of softness... of all things beautiful, untarnished, pristine and good...
Paro... maybe misnamed for Pari?
