Heartthrob Anas Rashid decided to try his luck in acting. Anas being from a conservative family with no background of acting, his relatives opposed his decision of choosing acting as his career. Despite all discouragement, with support of his parents, Anas moved to Mumbai with his dream of acting. In Mumbai, he struggled a lot to grab a role and he returned home after around a month. Returning Mumbai again, he had been introduced to Ekta Kapoor of Balaji telefilms who offered him a role in the telivision series Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka. Though the show took off air later due to some problems, Ekta has already cast him in her popular Star Plus show Kahin To Hoga.

The business tycoon, Kartik Ahluwalia of Kahin To Hoga is considered as the career making character of Anas. The show recieved good responses from everywhere. Though Anas portrayed the character well, his voice was dubbed by another artist for his Punjabi accent which did not suit the character. This made him work more on his accent and his digilence made him master Hindi accent. It eventually helped him to grab the lead role in the next soap he has been a part of.

It was the role of Prince Prithviraj Chauhan which gave him all over recognition as a versatile actor. The historical soap Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan which aired in Star Plus was based on life of King Prithviraj Chauhan of th century. Through this role, Anas grabbed millions of hearts and recieved good critical reviews. For portraying adult Prithviraj, he did really burn many midnight lamps. He lost his weight, improved his accent, learnt fencing and other methods of fighting and also has grown his hair for makinghimself fit to the character maximum possible. His work recieved good critical acclaims and admirations from everywhere.

Next role that immersed Anas into it was Yashvardhan from Aise Karo Na Vida which aired in Colors TV. It was a romantic soap deciphering the love story between Prince Yashvardhan and his wife Reva. Yashvardhan was a naive, romantic man who kept trying to earn love and trust of his wife Reva who was struggling to adjust between the royal lifestyle and her mournful past life. Beyond all expectations, Anas handled the role so beautifully that people forgot his image of Prithviraj and accepted him as Yashvardhan.

Currently he is portraying Sooraj Rathi, the male lead of Star Plus's most popular numerouno show Diya Aur Baati Hum which created history in Indian TV industry for being on the top most position for very long period, ruling TRP charts for around ten moths.

Besides, he has also been a part of other shows like Kesar, Mano Ya Naa Maano, Phir Koi Hai, Aahat and CID. It shows his attitude of not caring his actor image and accepting as much as various roles he could. Every role he selected was unique and different from each other. He succeeded in portraying all of them without bringing shadows of one character into another, making each of them memorable.

Anas has done postgraduation in Psychology. He is a good singer, a good dancer and also a good cook too. He loves to travel a lot. He believes in his self-esteem the most and that only made him travel this long.

Prithviraj Chauhan, the last ruler of Chauhan dynasty to sit on the throne of Delhi, was born in 1168 as the son of Someshwar Chauhan, the king of Ajmer. He was a brilliant child and very sharp at learning the military skills. He had the skill of hitting the target only on the basis of its sound. He succeeded to the throne of Ajmer at the age of thirteen,when his father died in a battle. His grandfather Anangpal, ruler of Delhi, declared him heir to the throne of Delhi.

Kuwar Yashwardhan the eldest son of the Bhavanigarh Royal family and eldest but adopted son of Rani Maa, is a perfect example of an ideal son, brother, husband, human being and of course lover. A very resposible man always looking forward to upholding the dignity of the royal family and a sensitive, sacrificing person. Despite, the bitter animosity shown by his half-brother and Rani Maa's own son Aaryaman towards him, he always would try and protect him from any danger or defamation. For this reasn despite a heinous crime comitted by his brother of molesting a young village girl Reva, on account of being smitten by her beauty and open nature, he takes the blame of having raped her and circumstances force him to marry her.

After marriage, Yash is forced to face the hatred of his wife due to their misunderstanding and he bears it all silently, understanding her pain and sufferings. Her virtues, innocence and good nature makes her eventually fall in love with her. But due to the testing cicumstances, he is not able to express his love and feelings to her. What a cruel punishment to a true lover!! But destiny has its own plans for everyone.

Yashwardhan's goodness could not fail to get noticed by even Reva who considered him as her culprit and thus she too could not help but fall in love with him. Before, they could express their love to each other, fate hatched a plot to separate them with Aaryaman as the medium who had returned to ruin their life, love and hapiness. As they say, "yeh ish nahin aasaan, aagh ka dariya hai"(The path of Love is not easy, there are several obstacles on the way).

Aaryaman forced Reva to marry him blackmailing her about Yash's life. Reva left with no other option obliges and marries him leaving Yash shocked, frustrated, devastated and also with a complete loss of faith in Love. He turns into a rude, harsh, irritable angry young man and is given to drinking and despair. His changed attitude does not fail to target Aaryaman, who tries to bump him off at any cost with the help of Rani Maa, who supports him with the sole purpose so that her son is the next successor to the throne. But even at this point, the goodness of Yash does not fail to weave it magic and bring a change of heart in Rani Maa and Aaryaman when he agrees to die at Rani Maa's hands and save Aaryaman's life.

As one would expect love stories to end on a happy note, Aise Karo Na Vida was also no expection that marked its conclusion, with the coronation of Yashwardhan as the new king of Bhavanigarh and union of Yash and Reva (Revash) forever, never to be separated again.

The character of Yashwardhan depicts the dream man any girl would wish for in her life. one who is caring and compassionate towards not only his family, but also to the poor and weak. One who is head over heels in love with his wife and can do anything for her. Anas did indeed potray the charcter so beautifully, that made onlookers believe that the role is tailor made for him. Yes, it was hard for the viewers to see his sufferings and sorrow, but it was heart warming to see the victory of true love finally.

The Eternal love Saga - Prithviraj and Sanyogita

Prithviraj Chauhan, the darer, since his tender age, he feared nothing and instead of enjoying his teenage, he preferred to study well and learn each and every step of a true warrior and in between all this he even fall in love with Sanyogita, who always tried to free herself from the palace life and who also felt deeply in love with Prithvi.

True love never ends, after PrithviSanyogita first meeting in the 'Koteshwar Yatra for Lord Shiva', their love took birth and little by little it grew deeper and deeper. Due to some misunderstandings caused by King Jaichand, Sanyogita's father, the lovers were separated from each other, but after four years in the same 'Koteshwar Yatra' both met again where all the misunderstandings were cleared and they were together again.

PrithviSanyogita, were together and apart at the same time, due to facts Prithvi had to fight for his kingdom in Ajmer and Delhi and in another hand Jaichand was not approving for their marriage. On each and every step there were difficulties, no hope of seeing each other, in Delhi Prithvi's enemies were trying to trap and kill him and in Kannauj, Jaichand did not let Sanyogita out if the palace. But destiny did create circumstances where our lovers did meet on and on and whenever they were not together they were always in each other's mind and heart.

Despite all the situations, PrithviSanyogita did meet in Sanyogita's 'Swayamvar' where our fearless Prithvi eloped with Sanyogita in the presence of all the other Kings including Jaichand and his army, this incident is the highlight of this eternal love story, love fears nothing and true love always win, regardless to result.

Even after their wedding, PrithviSanyogita did faced lots of pain due to Jaichand, but he also had to accept this union. Mahamad Gori, who had bad intentions about India and who is Prithvi's old enemy came back in his life and here too Sanyogita had to send Prithvi for his last war, on the eve of this painful separation, we could see the deep love between them.

At last Prithvi did manage to kill Gori despite from being blind and for not getting killed by the latter's army Prithvi and his friend Chandarbardai kill each other and there in Ajmer Sanyogita died on thinking of Prithvi.

PrithviSanyogita died but their love were, is and will always be remembered, this is called eternal love and our lovers are the best example of this true love.

RevAsh - Made for Each Other - Yashwardhan and Rewa

Yashwardhan also known as Yash, the elder Prince of Bhavanigar is the best of human, son and brother, he has always think of the happiness of other. On his introduction scene, one could make it out that for the sake of the Royal family honour he is ready to appear as bad in front of other's, this quality of his has given him lots of respect in the eyes of Rani Maa and Princess Jyotika, Rani Maa's daughter, whom Yash loved and pampered a lot, the queen of Bhavanigar, despite of being an adopted child, she has considered him as a very dear son of her.
Yash is a well educated man, who take care of his family business very well, Prince Aryaman, the real son of Rani Maa, has always been a bad boy, who misbehaves, drink, fight and torture others, Daima has always pampered him, despite of these bad habits and Yash had always try to save him and put him on the right way, but Arya has always insulted him on and on.
Rewa is the only daughter of her family, she lives together with her mother Laakhi, father Badri, elder brother Sharad and her Grandmother, she is a very sweet girl, who is the apple of her family's eyes, she knows all the house hold works but has never completed her studies, but she was someone who really cares for her family.
Rewa's wedding was arranged with Sharad's friend, but Aryaman laid bad eyes on her and on the night she was supposed to get married, he kidnapped her and raped her, it was dark in the night, Rewa could not recognized her culprit.
When Rani Maa learned about this, she was devasted and decided to tell the truth to the villagers, but Yash took all the blame on himself for the sake of the Royal family's honour, apart from the people of the palace, no one knew about Aryaman's guilt, still Yash feared nothing and was prepared for the consequences.
The Panchayat' decided that Rewa should get married to Aryaman, but the latter planned something else with Daima and on the night of the wedding he disappeared and very cleverly Daima asked Yash to save the family honour by marrying to Rewa, here too Yash sacrificed himself to save his family.
Yash was a very respectful man, he never let Rewa know about Aryaman being her real culprit, since their first wedding night Rewa has always insulted Yash on and on, but he had never stop her as she had the very deep pain of getting married to the person who dishonoured her, and Yash did understand her pain well.
Love is the solution of every problem, and this was the case in YashRewa's relationship, by mistake Rewa shot Yash on his arm and Rani Maa them alone in the palace, where Rewa took care of him very well, also her friend Bholu joined them and on watching her playing joking and smiling with him, Yash started loving her and as days passed he realized that he cannot live without her, but he couldn't tell her the truth due to her duty for the Royal family.
Rewa was being insulted in front of the Royal guest in some occasions, due to Daima, but here she asked for Yash's help to change her into a Princess, which Yash did very brilliantly and his love and care could be seen very clearly, Jyotika did noticed that well and always encouraged Yash to declare his love to her, but Yash couldn't do so.
Things changed when Aryaman returned and got attracted to a changed Rewa, he tried by all means to create misunderstandings between them, but in lots of occasions, destiny did bring YashRewa together, that also in front of Aryaman's eye and here too Rewa could not escape from Yash's true love and she also fell deeply in love with him.
YashRewa were in love, their facial and eye expressions were saying it all, especially on Rewa's Birthday party, which Yash organized, the time when both danced together the magic of their love could be seen on and on. On seeing this Arya was very angry and he kidnapped Rewa, and this separation was more than painful for both YashRewa, here one could see their deep love. Here, Rewa found out that Yash did not rape her and instead it was Aryaman, she fell so sorry for having abused Yash earlier and wanted to get back to him, but Arya, got married to her forcefully and just to save Yash's life, she had to lie to all, including Yash.
Our lovers were in front of each other but so apart due to Aryaman, Sharad and Jyotika, who were in love too, tried their best to reunite them, but Arya played game each time. In between all this, we learned that Yash real mother was alive, she was imprisoned in the palace, but Rewa saved her and the truth was that she was the real queen and Rani Maa's elder sister and Yash was the real elder Prince, the true owner of the Kingdom. Rani Maa, whom we thought was the good lady did all this to her just for the sake of power and fame.
Our good hearted Yash, could not see the evilness of Arya and Rani Maa, when they tried to kill Yash, Rewa, with the help of SharadJyotika, tried to save him, but Yash couldn't believe what he was seeing and was ready to die by the hands of Rani Maa, but she couldn't kill him and when Arya tried to do so, he was about to fell down from the mountains, but here too Yash saved him.
Yash forgave all of them and Rewa told him the truth about all the past events and here Yash told her that he had full trust on true love and here our lovers were on each other's arms. Yash was crowned as King of Bhavanigar with Rewa by his side as his queen, he got SharadJyotika engaged and all the family was together.
After all the ups and downs YashRewa were finally together as a husband and wife, Yash, our shy lover and Rewa, our sweet girl were happy with each other and love was in the air .
