SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE MEMBERS PARTICIPATING: FICTION SECTION
Hi guys,
I'm Kiara and I'm currently working on the FF/OS for the newsletter. This forum has limited but wonderful pieces, and though I do understand that the writers put in a lot of effort and hours of snapping their fingers against the keypad, but please be aware that you'll are presenting something. Not to be harsh, but everyone here enjoys reading what you put out there, we do. We are a part of one fandom and everyone's imagination is like, a cookie. Everyone loves cookies, don't you dare deny it. But everyone likes a cookie that looks delicious enough to eat. I wouldn't give a second thought about any cookie if it wasn't appealing, or if it looked bleh. Your writing is your cookie, you aren't a professional we get it, but when we attempt to mimic professionals, let us do it right.
The message being: the readers along with myself would love to treat ourselves with a well presented work. Not something great and polished, but a proper format will do to. A proper format, no text lingo and basic grammar. That's all it takes to make your work a lot more presentable. Not to forget font and color.
Have fun.
