Male celebs select Best Female Actors of 2013 (TV)

Arhaan Behll: It is ironical but I haven't watched television for long. So I have no idea who did well in this year. But I have seen Smriti Kalra in Suvreen Guggal (Channel V) and I really like the way she acts. She isn't typical but a very natural actress. I like actors who believe in detailing characters.
