She's always done endorsements. Even for a Pakistani brand 3 years ago, she did this amazing shoot for their clothes.

Kareena and Deepika have modeled for Firdous Lawn in the past..not sure if it's them again..but this doesn't look like their material and definitely not lawn, so doubt it.
