there is another promo also which asks us to reply whether vedika should stay with suraj or dhruv but in this promo there is a shot of simran (astitva) asking us to decide who should vedika go to .

yes and also there is one more where Disha from TD says if vedhika should listen to her heart.

Veds heart will say that she should stay with dhruv
