access denied error? plz help!

I usually access IF frm my phone but since yesterday night the following error is being shown whenever i try to post or comment or pm :
Only members with sufficient permission can access this page.

This function is not available as you are using an IP address or range that is not permitted.
Please contact the forum administrator if you feel this is in error.

Currently accessing frm laptop.. kindly luk into the matter.. thnku! :)
