I know lol.. I was asking how to make it😆😆

Oh sorry
select the rectangular merque tool
make a rectangle at the end of ur sigg
then select the brush tool and color it
go to layer option
and make adjustments like outer glow, drop shadow etc
done

^Psd is a photoshop document

And yup you can surely use those 2 and 3 textures
