Press "PrtSc" button on your keyboard and paste it in any Picture Sofware e.g. Paint and then save the picture. And upload it on http://www.imgur.com/ or any similar picture uploading site. Post the direct Url in the post by clicking on Picture option which is left of smiley icon.
